I am a 24-year-old woman who has been dating "Ryan" for almost 1 year. In the beginning, Ryan and I were inseparable. But Ryan cheated on me after only a few weeks of dating and got into some legal trouble that resulted in him being sent to jail. He is out now but has continued to drink more and more, and when he drinks he gets very angry and starts yelling and grabbing me if I don't do what he says. I love him very much and don't want to leave him when he is going through so much trouble, but I also can't take it anymore. He has terrible anxiety, so we are forced to stay at home, and watch his niece, while his sister does whatever she wants. I have no problem with her breastfeeding in her own home, but she has no respect for our privacy, and often times walks in on us trying to be intimate with each other. I brought it up to him once, and he became very angry and made comments comparing his sister and her body to me... I don't know how to feel because I know that is his family, but I also feel as if I'm disrespected. Recently, he told me we were not going to have sex anymore because I have endometriosis and have been undergoing medicated treatment to help it. I do not feel pretty at all; I often starve myself and am now losing my hair from all of the stress and pain. Please help me.
