world and headquartered in Mumbai, India.
The company’s sales teams used excel sheets for
maintaining customer data, which made it difficult
for them to cope with the dynamic business

The sales management team was responsible for
emails, telephonic calls, and MS Excel sheets, all of
which were manually controlled and largely
resource dependent.
