The intended application would use the
GPS available on the mobile phone to
track the user’s location and then provide
the user with the list of nearest emergency
help centers in order of proximity and
their requirement. It would also provide
the contact details and address of the
center and would enable the user to set a
list emergency contact numbers that
would receive a message with user’s
location in case of emergency whenever
the application is activated.

In the present scenario, safety is of utmost
importance as crime rate as increased
significantly in past few decades, upon that
people are more prone to health problems
and accident occur more often. Thus there
is immense need for a system to instantly
help people in case of any type of
emergency.
Since mobile phone is the most common
device that person carries at almost all
times, an application that can be deployed
on the same can be exploited to its
maximum usefulness.
