This document provides instructions for joining or creating a campaign on the shiftspark platform in 3-4 simple steps. It also explains where pledged money goes. To join a campaign, users click on an existing campaign and pledge a donation amount. To create a campaign, users choose an issue, find politicians to lobby, pledge a donation amount, and share the new campaign. Pledged money is managed in a user's profile where they can decide which campaigns deserve support and cash out unused funds back to their credit card.
