Sherb Sentell is also a Colonel in the United States Army

Working in a father-son or family business has its unique set

practices. Essential to success is separating work and

without discussing work-related topics. Doing so
allows the family to prioritize business interests while
at work. In the workplace, family members should take
care to listen to each other's opinions, be open to
