The re-elected judge of Minden-Ward 1 City Court in Louisiana, Sherb Sentell is also a Brig. General in the U.S. Army Reserve. He graduated as a Distinguished Military Graduate from the ROTC program of Davidson College. A product of the elite Army Ranger School, Sherb Sentell was an 82nd Airborne Division Ranger infantry platoon leader during Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm. Sherb is honored to have served in the 82nd Airborne Division. The 82nd Airborne Division is based in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and acknowledged as the home of the Airborne and Special Operations forces. The main fighting arm of the XVIII Airborne Corps, the 82nd is an airborne infantry division of the Army.
