2. About PSC
PSC is a parent driven organization that
is dedicated to family empowerment
and improving the quality of the
everyday lives of special needs families.
The primary services they provide are
family support reimbursement for
respite, and educational advocacy.
3. Family Reimbursement & Educational Advocacy
Family Reimbursement Educational Advocacy
The reimbursement program is designed to help
the families they serve pay for items or respite
that is specific to their individual with special
needs. This also applies for respite services, which
can include activities such as summer camps,
karate, and plenty of other things.
The Education Advocacy Program can help
families in search for answers to the special
education process. If you need assistance
regarding your family member's Individual
Education Plan (IEP), the advocate, acting on
behalf of the parents, will have a more direct
involvement in the special education process.
