This document describes a company called BBS that started in 1979 with a dream to offer high quality products and excellent customer service. Thirty years later, that dream has become a solid reality and the company looks to the future with ambition. 1. Apreciado cliente,
En 1979, BBS dio sus primeros pasos iniciando un recorrido que, con
los años, se demostró brillante y en constante ascenso.
Al principio, se trataba de un sueño surgido de una idea muy precisa:
ofrecer al mercado un producto de calidad, respaldado por un servicio
al cliente de alto nivel.
Puedo decir, citando una famosa película, que en aquel momento se
trataba de un sueño que sólo se podía murmurar, ya que cualquier
palabra más alta que un susurro podía hacer que se desvaneciera.
Actualmente, pasados treinta años, aquel sueño se ha convertido en
una realidad concreta y sólida, capaz de atravesar indemne períodos
de crisis y de mirar al futuro con ambición: como un árbol robusto
que tiende sus frondosas ramas hacia el cielo. Un árbol que, al mismo
tiempo, conserva en las profundidades la esencia de aquella frágil
semilla que fue el origen de todo.
Aquí me hallo, treinta años después, repitiendo a todos los trabajado-
res de BBS que el cliente es nuestro verdadero valor y que ofrecerle el
mejor servicio, teniendo en cuenta sus necesidades y sus exigencias,
es nuestra misión cuotidiana.
Día a día, trabajamos de forma incansable para mejorar nuestros
productos y nuestros procesos, controlando siempre el impacto
medioambiental y social de nuestra actividad, contribuyendo así a
proteger nuestro entorno.
Inspirados por este sentimiento, miramos al futuro con fe e inspira-

It was the year 1979 when BBS took its first steps along a path that
would, over the years, prove to be brilliant and in constant ascent.
In the beginning there was a dream, originating from a precise idea: to
offer high quality products, supported by an excellent level of Customer
service, to the market. I can now say, quoting the words of a famous
film, that at the time we could only whisper this dream, as any word
spoken louder than a whisper might have made it fade away.
Today, thirty years down the road, I can say that the dream has
become a tangible and solid reality, carrying on unharmed through
crises, looking towards the future with ambition: like a hardy tree that
pushes its leafy branches towards the sky. A tree that, at the same
time, preserves in its roots the essence of the fragile seed from which
all this originated.
Here I am, thirty years later, still repeating to every person working in
BBS that our Customers are our real value, and that our daily mission
is: to serve them in the best way possible, always bearing in mind their
needs and their requirements.
Every day we work constantly to improve our products and our proc-
esses, carefully monitoring the environmental and social impact of
our business, making our own contribution to the protection of the
