Hi there, we’re theYoungDogs board!
YOUNGDOGS?
It’s very hard to make a start in advertising
especially as young creative.
Having some talent is helpful
but even then, you still have to get the chance to show it.
YoungDogs Belgium helps young creatives to show
off their talent by organising open pitches with
real briefs for real brands.
We’re part of the global YoungDogs network,
founded by the dutch JongeHonden
who’ve been doing this for over 25 years.
SO HOW DOES IT WORK?

We organize pitches, several times a year, for real clients, with real briefs.Young
creatives (jr. teams and students under 28) get two weeks to work on these
briefings, alone or in team.They send in their best ideas.Their ideas will be judged
by two respected creative directors together with the client.
The winning team gets not only valuable feedback from the
judges and an awesome addition to their portfolio, they are
also rewarded with tickets to Cannes Lions.
The ultimate place for creativity, inspiration, networking
and a whole lotta fun.
OUR DATABASE OF YOUNG CREATIVES
In half a year we created a database of over 160 young
creatives, both teams and individuals.
We continuously work on enlarging this database by
visiting schools, agencies and events.
We could not have done this
with the enormous help from our awesome friends:

In total we will organise 6 coming pitches until Cannes 2017
We are also organising a portfolio-night and a ‘senior meets junior’-night
later in 2016.

We team up with theYoung Accounts and will throw you a party you will never forget.

YoungDogs is the perfect way to get to know young creatives.
As an agency, you are supporting the development of the creative industry and
who knows, even directly hiring your future top creatives.
We are a non-profit organisation that relies on sponsoring of our partners.
In return, they get complete and continuous insight in our creative database
and get a seat in the jury of pitches.TheYoungDogs team represents all
partners wherever they go.
Last but not least, 
We believe that it’s time to open up. 
Time to look beyond the walls of our own agencies.
