Assisted with the creation and implementation of new staff training program designed to

program in our department and was a resounding success with three individuals having

maintaining close communications with the company and our staff

tiling fields
Designed cost/benefit analysis of program to replace standard incandescent bulbs with energy saving
compact fluorescent lamps, presented to management which accepted proposal, and assisted with
implementing program
Implemented LED transition for State of Colorado Capitol building resulting in energy
savings in excess of $100,000 over the life of the project.
Created five year maintenance plan for the Merrick Parking Garage in Denver Colorado with a
$500,000 operating budget over the course of the contract
Created and updated yearly maintenance budget,including completing audits to determine planned
and deferred maintenance projects.
Estimated needed budgetary numbers for current maintenance needs as well as deferred projects to
request budgetary increases
Created, planned, wrote scopes ofwork, oversaw, and completed final walkthroughs on numerous
projects involving construction and renovation of Capitol Complex buildings with outside vendors
