Visiting Faculty at Christ University, Bengaluru, India with specialisation in Strategic
Studies, International Studies and West Asia (Middle East).
 He has 12 years of experience of working with the United Nations involving leading,
managing, team building, goal setting, coaching and achieving goals, working with
people of multi-culture, multi-ethnic, multi-nationality and gender diversity in

2. challenging environments in this VULCA world(Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and
Ambiguity).
 The real challenge of building trust, showing compassion, providing stability, creating
hope and achieving desired goals with the collaboration of colleagues, partners and stake
holders involving as many as 75 nationalities of diverse background were achieved due
to his 10 Dominant Themes. His dominant themes contributed to its fullest value to his
successful career with the Indian Army for 31 years and achieved the rank of a
Brigadier.
 As an Infantry Officer, it basically involved achieving goals by leading, training,
coaching, motivating human being in diverse areas in ever changing national and
international environments. He was awarded SENA MEDAL for his achievements.
While with the Army and the UN, He has been presenting and conducting classes and
workshop on Leadership and Management for middle levels. These skills of his are
based on practical experiences in the environments as mentioned above.
 These skills have received extraordinary “glare” when blended with the Gallup Certified
Strengths Coach. Due to his strengths, he has always manged to create his teams which
have been focussed and achieved goals, teams always prioritised the tasks, and team
members were always committed to their personal lives as they were to their work, the
team embraced diversity and my teams were always magnetic; attracted talents from
other teams/organisation.
