Executive Board Meeting Minutes
Anspach 164 (rest of E-Board meetings this semester will be held here)
RUSH and planning for new members will be the focus this semester
o Beginning of February, invitations will be sent out
o Visiting and speaking in 1st

o 250 new members – potential goal
o 4 RUSH table events
 January, and February 24th
5-6 p.m.
 Raffle a small item ($15 Starbucks gift card) and have candy, small info
sheets on the candy about NSCS
 Flyers put up towards the dates of the RUSH tables
o Scholarship, Lead
 Hand out flyer including scholarships – info, benefits, etc.
 Meet the officers night - Lead
Fundraising Jan/Feb
o Cookie dough fundraiser
o 2nd
fundraiser needed for Feb.
Social
o Bowling night, movie night, potluck dinner, rock climbing in Finch
o Need a social for sure set by next week
o Snowman building – TBA
o Meeting on the 21st
– post meeting be making posters for RUSH, candy
 Sam’s Club
o Feb – Pot Luck dinner?
 On a Sunday night?
February 9th

o In the UC (Downunder Food Court)
