o Possibly, but if we did it, it would be on the Wednesday night

o Callie is 100% committed to going
o Arielle and Katie are thinking about going
o The cost would be more per person with three people going instead of
just two
 Scott will be able to figure out the price to break it up into three
people
 Nikki has the budget sheet currently
Roughly $366 per person plus flight/gas money
Social
o Still looking for a social chair
o Offer the position up again at the next meeting for next semester, the
elections will be held at the next meeting on Nov. 19th
o Yogurt Yeti Social, this Thursday Nov. 14th

o E-board members have been assigned times
o Sarah Disanto has the flyer
 She will send it to all of us so we can show classes/get the word
out (tomorrow or Wednesday)
o The table will be in the EHS building, TBA
o We’ll just use the NSCS tablecloth
o Wear an NSCS T-shirt if possible
