•From January 2016 to till now work as RF ENGINEER in STEELMAN telecom pvt. for Project Idea
4G and Vodafone 2G at Bhubaneswar in Odisha circle.
•From August 2015 to December work as RF Engineer in Metrotelworks Pvt. Ltd for Project Airtel
4G(FDD& TDD) at Chandigarh in Punjab circle & also worked in Idea LTE-FDD in Haryana Circle.

measurements, aimed at gathering specific data representing a complete network.

2. • Analyzed the Drive Test log files using Tems Investigation. The activities included foot printing of all
the sites in order to control the site overshoot, cell dragging, interference elimination, monitoring of
Rx quality, two way neighbour relations, locating handover failure, call drops, call blocks, coverage
holes, improving and expaning coverage areas.
• Identifying poor coverage and quaity patches through drive test and making action plan to resolve the
same.
• Analysis of Drive Log files and providing solutions.
• Monitoring network parameters like Rx Level, Rx quality SQI, BER, FER, and Neighbour site Handover
analysis.
• Monitoring network parameters of 3G like RSCP, Ec/No, RSSI, Tx power, Target SIR, SIR, SQI MOS,
RRC States.
• Also resolve the issues related to pilot pollution.
• Performed LAC Change in BTS Swap by MC-Tracking.
• Expertise in Drive Testing with different technologies in 3G like IRAT, MULTIRADIO, H-RNTI, R99,
