Shrawasthi Agrotech Private Limited was incorporated in 2005 with an objective of catering to the requirements
of quality products and rendering services required by farmers. The beginning was marked by commissioning of its
first Poultry Feed Senior Pellet Plant at Lucknow which started commercial production in 2006 . Since then company
has achieved many milestones they have open their units in various states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar , West Bengal ,
Haryana . The annual turnover of the company is 500 Cr app which is increasing by leaps & bounds .The group is
well known in feed industry by EVA group which is very well established brand across the country.
Dee Gee Saw & Metal Works Pvt Ltd (DGSPL) has been one of the most upcoming company situated at
Lucknow. DGSPL is employing more than 200 people working on different sites and projects. The annual turnover
of the company is around 15 Cr which is increasing exponentially. DGSPL has mainly engaged in the business of Oil
Tank & Pipe line Construction & Fabrication Erection work..Their main clients are Oil Companies like HPCL, IOC,
BPCL, and IBP etc. The work they are doing is a very sensitive work and a lot of precaution is needed for this and
DGSPL is a leading Brand name in this field.
Role and Responsibility:
• Managing Taxation for Different States such as getting Registration, filling return, getting various
forms for trade, submitting return and statement time-to-time.
• Managing administrative works at site as well as Head office.
• Sorting out Legal Problems in the different Govt organization such as Labor law Matters etc.
• Looking after Site Projects & sorting problems like Financial matters, Site issues, dealing with the
government bodies like Electricity Board, Indian Boilers Regulatories, Office of the Director of
Factories etc.

• Managing Financial matters with the bank like loaning, issuing bank guarantees against any form of
securities, looking for rate of interest and all the matters related with the different banks.
• Dealing or Liasoning with the Govt agencies for different matters like land, laws, taxing etc.
• Managing dispatching section of goods of factory like arranging vendors for transportation,
scrutinizing of papers, road permits etc.
• Managing Security arrangement of Factory and Guest House, House Keeping Supervision and
management of staff.

• Manage & execute strategic vision for the operational functions & responsible for day to day
operations of multiple sites, Site survey & support etc.
• Supervise the liasoning activities with Police, RTO, Pollution Board and other government agencies
etc.
• Managing repair, maintenance AMC and replacement of office equipment, furniture, vehicles,
building etc.
• Management of asset Inventory management and maintenance of all offices equipments including
periodic preventive maintenance.
• Having experience in Industrial Compliances , Project Implementation , Acquiring land , Mutation ,
land conversion etc also completed various projects / expansion of company in state of Haryana ,
Uttar Pradesh , West Bengal etc.

liasoning with the local administration, electricity department, banks for financial matters .At present I am
heading projects in this group like acquiring land , purchasing office premises , flats for guest house etc
after that all legal formalities registrations, compliances, no objection certificates etc and also looking for
