To Whom It May Concern:
Sandra Fuller has been in our employment, through Meador Staffing, for a total of 8 months in the
Community Development Department of the City of Pearland. Sandra is currently working as our Office
Assistant while assisting with customer service, special projects, data entry and archiving our documents
into our database. Sandra has taken on additional duties at the City by learning our database system-
HTE, application intake – specifically Platting, zoning maps, Mail Merge and Excel spreadsheets.
Sandra is a bright and personable individual. She is self-motivated and capable of achieving her goals
within the set time, if not exceeding them. Sandra’s strongest suit is her customer service skills. She is
prompt to address questions, and quick to diffuse issues that arise. She is always on time and is most
reliable.
Unfortunately, we do not have a budgeted position and have exhausted our resources for retaining
Sandra. She has been a real asset and I strongly recommend her for a position with any organization. It
will be our loss to not having her in our services.
