Ms. Jessica Burr interned for the Dallas County Republican Party, where she demonstrated a strong work ethic and ability to work productively with others. I cannot recommend more highly Ms. Jessica Burr. I am the Chairman of the Dallas
County Republican Party and have had the pleasure to work with Ms. Burr as she interned for the
Party. Over the course of the past year, I have seen first-hand her strong work ethic, her ability to
productively work with others and her capacity to solve problems. I have had the pleasure to gain
a close understanding of Jessica’s capabilities as a student, worker, and peer leader. I think so
highly of her that I promoted her from an intern to Organizational Director of the party.
Ms. Burr has demonstrated through her hard work and willingness to go above and
beyond what is asked of her, an extraordinary passion and future for herself in politics and in the
community. She has been a great asset to our office and is constantly working overtime to
complete her work. She represented the Republican Party at formal functions and events, and
took advantage of every opportunity to meet and ask questions to visiting politicians. She
participated in “get out the vote” activities, phone banks, precinct walks, and several other
volunteer opportunities. Her diligence and amicable nature are generally acknowledged amongst
our office staff. I see a lot of interns, and I must say that this display of commitment is rare. I
have no doubt that her work ethic and performance will be a great asset to her in the
advancement of her studies and her career.
Ms. Burr exhibits sure signs of leadership and organization through her constant,
voluntary assistance of her peers. She is not only a leader, but also a team player. Ms. Burr
possesses the unique ability to work harmoniously with many different types of people. There
have been numerous times when he has helped others working for the party when they have
been unable to complete their work. Our office sees many people throughout the day and Jessica
always makes them feel welcome while also addressing their concerns.
