4. WHAT ARE ENIGMA CODES
• enigma codes are like rhetorical questions that audience are supposed to answer
while watching. It is made to create suspense.
5. EXAMPLE
• In Titanic movie Barthes theory was applied as
there was a lot of enigma in the movie and
mainly while the ship was sinking all the
audience where wondering what happened to
the main character and will any of them survive
or not
• In my production I will want to add a lot of
enigma as this will be needed in horror genre.
