2. THE TWO PROJECTS WE WILL BE
ANALYZING :
National k9 Memorial to
recognise Police Dogs
Zagadunga electric
longboard
3. National k9 Memorial to
recognise Police Dogs
• There are so many service dogs around the world
who spend there whole lives helping out.
• The goal of the project is to raise money for a more
suitable sculpture for the service dogs in the UK
5. REWARDS
• Things I liked:
• Rewards were related: The rewards
they were offering was things that
had to do with dogs. Like leashes and
paw shaped pins, or shirts with dogs
on them
• Variety: The had a large variety of
options to give to their backers. This
shows originality, and confidence
of success
6. VIDEO: DISLIKES
• The video that was presented
had low quality footage/
images, so it seems to have
been put together last second
or not very carefully.
• Not very descriptive of the
purpose of the campaign, and
seemed to have ended before
we understood what their
solution to the problem was
7. SUCCESS!
• Overall the success of this project
comes from the broad audience
they can attract. There is a huge
amount of people who own dogs,
that will want this statue to be put
up.
• Despite their unprofessional video,
they are able to offer a very good
variety of rewards, specially
rewards that people are interested
in, are simple and still original.
8. ZAGADUNGA ELECTRIC LONGBOARD
• Electric Longboard that is powerful, fast and at an
acceptable price.
• Developed by engineers, techies and boarders.
10. REWARDS
• The only real rewards was a shirt if
you wanted to donate € 25
• The rest was to basically pay for a
board, so it wasn’t really
supporting their idea but just to buy
the board.
11. VIDEO
• Very high quality video.
• Well done, original footage and
a lot of effort was put into it.
• We were given a clear reason
of why it was created, we
understood was the purpose
and what to expect if we
bought the board.
12. FAILURE
• This project failed because it wasn’t presenting something
totally new. It looked like a regular electric longboard. It
was built up with all the talk, but in the long (no pun
intended) run its like all the other boards in the market.
