Work Description:
- Leading and supervising a group of architects to produce quality shop drawings to be submitted
for the consultant’s approval;
- Coordination between suppliers, subcontractors, main contactors, and our company.
- Study IFC drawings to specify the locations of the scope of work for which shop drawings will be
produced;
- Study tender drawings with Variations engineering to specify the locations of the scope of work;
- Study specification requirements along with the material submittals to produce clear details of
the product to be installed by the site staff;
- Raise RFIs for all the discrepant drawings that come along;
- Attend design meeting to solve design conflicts or provide clarification/information ;
- Produce shop drawing logs and monitor the progress of submittals to meet deadlines;
- Provide the site team with all the shop drawings necessary to complete the installation process;
- Perform site visits at the final stage of the project to prepare as-built drawings.
- Quantities take off & material submittals in the Tender drawing phase.
- Attend design meeting to solve design conflicts or provide clarification/information ;
