2. HISTORY
23 year old male was brought to casualty with abdominal pain
severe guarding with peritoneal drain placed
The patient had a significant history of abdominal pain three
weeks back and was evaluated for the same - blood reports
showed jaundice
Following a daylater he had sustained a fall from bike with no
obvious injury, Outside ultrasound was done after the fall was
done which was normal
Later after two weeks he had developed severe abdominal pain
3. HISTORY
Patient was brought to our hospital
In suspicion with gall bladder pathology CECT abdomen was
done after getting nephrology clearance
Urea -18mg% Creatinine – 2.21mg%
