During my time at the airport I had many different experiences dealing with the
public, customer service and maintaining a high standard of work for the
company. I had the opportunities to work as an indavidual and as a team which
helped me understand the maintiance that goes into running retail company on
a 24/7 basis.
2. Company: Clacton Musical Theatre Society
Date: December 2014 – January 2015
As stage manager I ensured the production of ‘Babes in the Wood’ ran
smoothly this included the get-in, dress rehearsal, dry runs, technical runs and
the 5 shows which went on at West Cliff Theatre in Clacton. As well as this I
dealt with day-to-day tasks and responsibilities of the show also dealing with
any problems that arose and fixing them.

Sweet Charity, the adapted musical for Edinburgh’s Fringe Festival in 2011. My
main responsibilities included making sure all technical elements ran smoothly,
each performer arrived promptly before each performance, liaised with
technical staff at the venue as well as helping with the get in and out.
Other performances by RGA such as High School Musical, Tom Lehrer,
Footloose, Hairspray, where I participated within backstage technical side at
various venues.

Main responsibilities included the safety of the Olympics, public, athletes, co-
workers and others present during the Olympic Games. For this job I took a SIA
door supervisor course and once passed I was able to work at the Olympics.

Confident and Professional Communication Skills: an example of this
is, is that I am a key speaker within my educational environment, with both
giving and taking instructions.
Capability of working individually and within in a team: At my last
work place I was a part of a team, as well as working alone on certain
assigned areas with in the building we were working. From this experience I
have discovered my own capability of working on my and what I can
achieve.
Leadership: From my time in both work and education I have developed
my skills further, for example, working as a team I have been known to help
guide others in the right direction. I have also been a long time member of
my local scout district group, and I am now a network scout. Throughout my
time at scouts from a young age I have shown team leadership with helping
those who are struggling or are a younger member or even older members
of the group. I also found when it came to activities and competitions I
showed my full leadership and potential.
Time Management: I have developed the capability of being able to meet
my time management aims which are given to me with efficient outcomes of
my assigned work.
Own Initiative and Self-Motivation: My self-motivation is shown
throughout all my work especially when I am enjoying what I am doing.
Computing: I have general knowledge of computers as I use one every
day, this includes Windows operating system. I am competent with Microsoft

Other leadership consists of looking after a younger generation when I was a
part of a nationwide club called ‘Theatre Train’, which is a performing arts
