KTA Spindle Toolings started in 1985 as a tapping products company in Pune, India. It has since expanded to become a precision tool holder manufacturer with a 54,000 square foot factory employing 180 people. KTA uses modern CNC machines like turn-mill centers and 5-axis VMCs to produce HSK and taper shank tool holders as well as soft tools. It has implemented ERP and CAD/CAM systems to support quality production and customer order management. KTA also has a subsidiary in Germany and distributes its products worldwide.

3. ESTABLISHMENT
YEAR 1985 : Started Development and Production of Tapping Products at
Saswad Near Pune .
Year 1995 : Started `Production of Tool Holders required for CNC Machine.
Year 2001 : New Factory at Hinjawadi with Modern CNC Machines and
equipments. In a Area of 6000 sq ft.
Year 2008 : Expanded the factory by additional 8000 Sq. Feet
Year 2010 : Started the development and production of HSK DIN 69893
holders.
Year 2012 : Started production of Soft Tools.
Year 2013 : Established a Company in Germany with German partners in
the name “HPCHO GmbH
Year 2016 : Total Area 54000 sq.ft.

 We have Best CADCAM System in our design department form Solid
works and Solid cam.
 Raw material is purchased from reputed brands and 100% tested
before using for production.
 The process of ISO certification is going on and we are expecting it
