  19. 20. ERP Manufacturing System We use personalized Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, which is similar to SAP AG’s flagship platform ERP. These programs are being used by such companies as Porsche, Verizon Telcom, and Nissan. All parts are bar-coded, and then scanned at each step of the manufacturing process. The ERP program ensures tracking for every part and person involved in the complete manufacturing process. The ERP software integrates and controls: Machine capacity planning Manufacturing planning Warehouse planning Purchasing software (the software results in less lag time on project start times) Quality Control (i.e. when Q.C. passes or fails a part). The above information is integrated into the rest of the system. The system instantly updates the machine planning capacity, manufacturing planning, purchasing planning (repurchasing if required), and warehouse planning (location tracking all components of every mould). Changes required by the customer are updated and integrated by the system, flagging potential delays for finishing the product on schedule. If delays are expected, the system can give parts a priority status. Automatic tracking, reporting, and correcting deviations in projected timelines allows us to hit our T1 target date 96% of the time; averaging over 700 moulds built per year.
