A. Why is a feasibility report so important in technical communication? Write in your own words; 75
words minimum.

If there is feasibility report, we can consult that report to write report.
Feasibility study is an evaluation of proposal designed to determine the difficulty in carrying out a
designated task.a fearsibility study precedes technical development and project impletation. In other
words, a feasibility study is an evaluation or analysis of the potential important of a proporsed project.
The assessment is based on an outline design od system requirements in terms of imput, Processes,
Output, Fields, Programs, and Procedures. This can be quantified in terms of volumes of data, trends,
frequency of updating, etc. In order to estimate whether the company has the capability, in terms of
software, hardware, personnel and expertise, to handle the completion of the project.

B. Write 5 major points in the articles that are important. Write in your own words; 100 words
minimum.

Feasibility reports use suitable format.
1, Abstruct
2, Summary
3, Content list(including a separate list of illustrations)
4, Glossary
5, Introduction(porpuse and scope)
6, Discussion(the main cody provaiding the evidence - use appendixes if necessary)
7, Conclusions(flowing naturally from the conclusions)
8, Recommendation(flowing naturally from the conclusions)
9, References(if necessary)
10, Appendixes(see section 6)
sometimes sections 1 and 2 are combined.
Report writers must come to a conclusion, and must recommend that some action is taken or is not
taken and that some choice is adopted or is.
Feasibility reports discuss the practicality, and possibly the suitability and compatibiity of a given
project.

C. Explain 5 reasons why one should read the above articles when preparing to design an important
feasibility study on any topic? Write in your own words; 75 words minimum.

I think feasibility has many kind of meaning Technical and system feasibility, Economic feasibility,
Legal feasibility, operational feasibility, schedule feasibility.
Technical feasibility is carried out to determine whether the company has the capability, in terms of
software, hardware, personnel and expertise, to handle the completion of the project.
Econoic analysis is the most frequently used method for evaluating the effectveness of a new system.
Determines whether the proposed system conflicts with legal requirements.
Operation feasibility is a measure of how well a proposed system solves the problems, and takes
advantage of the opportunities identified during scope definishon and how it satisfies the requirements
identified in the requirements analysis phase of system development.
Schedule feasibility is a measure of how reasonable the project timetable is.

D. Write a paragraph explaining a business situation where a feasibility study is necessary. Write in
your own words; 100 words minimum.

Market Feasibility Study typically involves testing geographic locations for a real estate development
project, and usually involves parcels of real estate land. Developers often conduct market studies to
determine the best location within a jurisdiction, and to test alternative land uses for given parcels.
Jurisdictions often require developers to complete feasibility studies before they will approve a permit
application for retail, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, housing, office or mixed-use project.
Market Feasibility takes into account the importance of the business in the selected area.
the project's alternatives are evaluated for their impact on the local and general culture. For example,
environmental factors need to be considered and these factors are to be well known. Further an
enterprise's own culture can clash with the results of the project.

C. Write down the definition of 5 major key words that are used in the concept map you developed in
the previous question.
the Feasibility study,
legal feasibility (It determines whether the proposed system conflicts with legal requirements.)
Economic feasibility (It is analysis of costs and benefits)
The technical feasibility
the best place

D. Write down three major questions that might explain the major argument or information in the the
article you read above (in question B).
What do the technical feasibility study need to be included?
When is this feasibility study useful?
What do we write this feasibility study to show what the business is great for someone?
