1. A positive start to 2012 for Inventive IT
Since the successful launch of their airport
pre-booking system earlier this year, Inventive
IT has experienced signi cant growth in 2011
and are projecting further growth for 2012.
Inventive IT has moved from their startup
Rochdale location to a state of the art o ce in
central Manchester in December. The move
to No. 1 Portland Street, Manchester will
facilitate the businesses expansion over the
next few years.
‘Although we'd always been happy in Rochdale, our aggressive growth meant
that we quickly ran out of space. To aid our continued growth in 2012 it's
essential that we're able to recruit talented people quickly. In order to provide a
greater recruitment catchment area, we relocated to a larger state of the art
o ce in Central Manchester. Our new o ce is in the heart of the city making it
much easier for our customers and new recruits to reach us'
- John Charnock, CEO
As well as the move Inventive IT have appointed former Laterooms.com Head of
Software Development Nik Southworth as Chief Operating O cer.
John Charnock says "Since Nik came on
board as a Director in 2010 he's introduced
some signi cant operational improvements
to the business. Nik's extensive experience in
developing and managing high volume
e-commerce booking solutions is proving
invaluable and delivering real value to our
customers. Moving Nik into the COO role is a
natural progression and will further
strengthen the operational management of
the business"
