They say Join our Team You join their team only to find out that the team is run by someone at the top, that is making all the money, and that there are several other teams and individuals with-in that team that are working separately. 5. The Co-Op Team’s Goal Our goal is to find people that have the same beliefs in working together as a team to ensure that every member of the team is successful in our Network Marketing Venture.
6. How Our Co-Op is set up The Co-Op will take the first position in an MLM Company. This position is to oversee all members in the team. The profits from the Co-Ops positions after all expenses of the Co-Op have been paid, will be shared equally amongst the members.
8. From our teams list to the MLM company’s matrix plan The Co-Op is meant to be fair and equal for everyone. The Co-Op will place the new member into the MLM company’s matrix in the next available spot. Starting left to right, ensuring that no gaps have occurred in the Matrix. This will maximize the pay out to every member. Every member will be given three sponsors from the Co-Op’s linear team list. No Member may sponsor directly into The MLM company from their position in the MLM company.
10. Everyone Wins By following this plan we get the maximum payout from the MLM company’s compensation plan No one gets left behind to work on their own. Members must be willing to give up the new members they introduce to our team, to be sponsored by the next eligible person in line, thus ensuring a true team effort.
11. Rules of the Co-Op There is no cost to join the Co-Op team. The costs incurred are the fees charged by the MLM company that the Co-Op team has chosen to join, and are paid directly to the MLM company, and not to the Co-Op. No member may ever sponsor directly into the MLM company. Every member agrees to allow the people they introduce to the team to be placed and sponsored by the next eligible team member. Any money earned by a team member for products sold through the MLM company belong to that team member and not the Co-Op. Any money earned by a team member for compensation in the Matrix plan belong to that member and not the Co-Op.
12. Co-Op Rules -2 The Co-Op will take every hundredth position in the team list. The monies earned by these positions after all expenses have been paid will be divided equally with each member receiving one equal monetary share. This will be paid out twice a year to all eligible active members.
13. Co-Op Rules - 3 A member may take several positions in the team to increase the amount of money they earn. These positions will be placed so that they fall under them. They will receive one equal share of the monies earned by the team for each position they own. Any violation of these rules will lead to the person being removed from the team and their position in the MLM company moved to the bottom of another team within the MLM company.
