2.  Dear Friends,
 Here we are speeding through the year with the energy of amazing changes, its so hard to keep up with it all sometimes, I
wake up some mornings and think now what download are we going to get today & what is going to come along with it, always
I think it will be good in the end but sometimes getting to the end result can be a bit rough so I am always a little on guard as
well, just from past experiences you know haha.
 The main event at present in the personal healing of self at present is to make sure all of past events, past hurts are removed,
of course they are not erased from your memory but the effects on you must be removed & there are so many Healing
modalities that are available to do this so please ask myself or anyone you trust to assist you to do this as this is so important
for your ascension, it is not possible to raise your vibration while carrying all that baggage & lets face it, who needs it?,
freedom is what everyone needs which is what you get when you release it all.
 I am speaking from personal experiences so believe me when I say you can totally have the memory of the worst kind of past
and after releasing be not affected by it, I recommend either The Journey by Brandon Bays or Kinesiology , depending on the
case & the Therapist’s decision.
 On a lighter note , we have really settled now into our Home , buying some plants building up the garden to attract the birds,
butterflies & in general making it more homely and our Sofa arrived today to complete the inside, and of course our furry
children were the first to quickly try it out, mmm , yes they loved it & so do we when we get a chance lol.
 My Healing room is all ready to welcome you as well when you are ready I look forward to seeing you.
 Isis is still working with me on the project of the course, I feel it will be more like a New Year like it was supposed to be this
year , as she keeps reminding me ”all in Divine Order & Time”
 As I write this I can feel the energy of the Full Moon upon us and I feel it will be a beautiful Moon energy this time so enjoy,
place your crystal out, give her anything you wish to release, she will happily take it from you.
 I will be hold a Circle ever second Saturday here at Upper Coomera so for those who live on the Gold Coast & would like to
