LIVING AND WORKING IN THE
BAHAMAS?
The Bahamas has great access from
the Unites States, Canada, and Europe.
We have flights from Florida, Atlanta,
Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, and
Dallas, to name a few, as well as direct
flights from Paris and London, and in
Canada, we have flights from Montreal
and Toronto. Flights are coming in all
day long. Flights to Florida is like a
train; every two hours you can go to
the airport and get on a plane. I equate
living in Nassau like living in suburbs in
New York City. You get on a train and
half an hour later, you’re in Miami or
Fort Lauderdale.
WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST
SUCCESS STORY WITH
CONCIERGE AUCTIONS?
We’ve had a number of success stories
with Concierge Auctions, but the most
prolific are the sales in The Abaco Club
at Winding Bay, where we’ve held three
different auctions that have all been
successful. We’ve also had other sales
where we didn’t go to auction, but
the auction process pushed a buyer
who was previously interested in the
property to jump in and buy it before it
went to auction, and that was triggered
by the auction process.

Concierge Auctions closed out its best year yet with
continued dominance in the global luxury real estate
auction sector, remaining the No. 1 choice to sell the
world’s most distinguished properties and achieving
record prices. We exceeded $2.5 billion in historic
sales, with an average sale price of $4 million, and
our digital bidding platform processed nearly $3.4
billion in competitive bids.
Continuing our geographic expansion, Concierge
Auctions saw a 29% growth, from 143 auctions in
2018 to 185 in 2019, including first-time auctions
in Antigua, Barbuda, Costa Rica, Thailand, and
Portugal. We built more than 150 homes for families
in need through our Key for Key®

access to our online marketplace. Buyers and sellers

GLOBAL EXPANSION
In 2019, we expanded our portfolio sales, featuring
collections of luxury properties targeted to specific
buyer profiles, with a primary focus on Hong Kong
and greater Asia. Concierge Auctions’ most recent
Asia auctions generated more than $190 million
in sales.

LUXURY HOMES INDEX
Concierge Auctions released its third-annual
Luxury Homes Index in 2019, which provides a
comprehensive look at the US luxury real estate
market. Of the 56 markets analyzed, the average sale
price for the top 10 homes was $12,219,014 and the
total Days On Market was 506 days. Only 38% of
these properties sold in under 180 days.
The findings from our groundbreaking report were
reported in Bloomberg, The New York Times, Inman
News, and more. The fourth-annual Luxury Homes
Index is scheduled to be released later this month,
and will be expanded to include the Canadian real
estate market for the first time.
GIVING BACK: KEY FOR KEY®
Alongside achieving these outstanding milestones,
Concierge Auctions expanded our philanthropic
initiative, Key for Key®
, in cooperation with Giveback
Homes™. The giving program ensures that a new
home is funded for a family in need for every
property we sell. More than 200 homes have been
funded since the inception of the program, resulting
in hundreds of lives forever changed.

at the end of a highly sought-after cul-de-
sac. Located in Fairfield, Connecticut, this
historical property sits on 13 acres of lush,
green pastures and offers a private spring-
fed pond, and a separate two-bedroom guest
cottage or au pair apartment. The main house
is filled to the brim with historical charm,
but has all the amenities of a modern home,
