Q: Do I still get my full commission working with Concierge Auctions?
A: Yes, agent commissions are always protected. We pay the cooperating brokerage fee regardless of the sale price or whether the property sells at or

The Bahamas has great access from
the Unites States, Canada, and Europe.
We have flights from Florida, Atlanta,
Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, and
Dallas, to name a few, as well as direct
flights from Paris and London, and in
Canada, we have flights from Montreal
and Toronto. Flights are coming in all
day long. Flights to Florida is like a
train; every two hours you can go to
the airport and get on a plane. I equate
living in Nassau like living in suburbs in
New York City. You get on a train and
half an hour later, you’re in Miami or
Fort Lauderdale.

We’ve had a number of success stories
with Concierge Auctions, but the most
prolific are the sales in The Abaco Club
at Winding Bay, where we’ve held three
different auctions that have all been
successful. We’ve also had other sales
where we didn’t go to auction, but
the auction process pushed a buyer
who was previously interested in the
property to jump in and buy it before it
went to auction, and that was triggered

LUXURY HOMES INDEX
Concierge Auctions released its third-annual
Luxury Homes Index in 2019, which provides a
comprehensive look at the US luxury real estate
market. Of the 56 markets analyzed, the average sale
price for the top 10 homes was $12,219,014 and the
total Days On Market was 506 days. Only 38% of
these properties sold in under 180 days.
The findings from our groundbreaking report were
reported in Bloomberg, The New York Times, Inman
News, and more. The fourth-annual Luxury Homes
Index is scheduled to be released later this month,
and will be expanded to include the Canadian real
estate market for the first time.
GIVING BACK: KEY FOR KEY®
Alongside achieving these outstanding milestones,
Concierge Auctions expanded our philanthropic
initiative, Key for Key®
, in cooperation with Giveback
Homes™. The giving program ensures that a new
