The age as you were is aimed at 16-40, this
is because a lot of Liam's fans still follow him
since Oasis and are now middle aged, and
also Liam has a huge younger audience.

It is also aimed at ‘Mainstreamers’ as they
can trust as you were due to the success of
Oasis and know it will be similar.

Liam Gallagher promoted his album with a lot of posters.
Some of the posters featured his funniest tweets.There
was some had the photo on his album as the poster with
“AS YOUWERE” over the picture.Also there was a poster
with the background as the same colour of Manchester
City football team as Liam is a huge fan of Man City and
Man City is a huge fan of him.
Also the photo on the top left suggests his face is easy to
recognize as its mainly his face and little text.
4. Interviews and live performances
Liam Gallagher did a lot of interviews and performed live on television sometimes as well.
Some of the interviews were with Graham Norton, Chris Moyle, and NME just to name a few.
He also preformed live on the Graham Norton show, Later… with Jools Holland, and he also
preformed for the One Love Manchester concert.

Liam Gallagher ended majority of tweets with as you were all throughout 2017,
this would keep as you were on peoples mind each time they read a tweet.
He would also tweet every so often how long until the album came out.
6. The timing of the campaign and how well did
the campaign do?
The album debuted at number one in the UK, outselling the
rest of the top 10 of the UK albums chart combined and
achieving gold certification in its first week. It also achieved
the highest single-week vinyl sales in 20 years, with 16,000.
The album was announced in June 2017 and was released
October 6th 2017.
His brother was also releasing an album about the same time
which created a competition between the brothers, which
helped the sales of ’Who BuiltThe Moon?’ and ‘AS YOU
WERE’ .
7. How do the products link together?
Posters all followed the same colour schemes of black and white. Even the tweets that were made into
posters are black and white.
They also use photos of Liam Gallagher with a straight face, smiling, with his family, and etc. with the same
box around the photo.
The posters all use the same fonts to show continuity.
The posters are quite simple. Since they are very simple this will appeal to the audience easier as it is simple
to understand who the posters are aimed at.
