Stands out in the crowd, has a distinct style
slight attitude but very affable, stylish yet very
casual, liberal arts background but working in
a technology company which he loves .
Sharp and incisive with a love for theatre. Has
set up a theatre production house as well.

Stated reasons for going back to school
 Going back to school is about upgrading own skills
and gaining relevant knowledge
 Specific skills and focused learning – need to be
almost spoon fed yet open
 Look for thought leadership , futuristic
oriented, networking
When he joined work
 Job vibes were not scary
 Technology makes things simple, can manipulate,
opens a way to approach things – I get this in my
job and am assuming I will get it in school
 School to work is daunting – enormity of the
organization – getting lost- ecosystem change
 Settling in period the worst – need to understand
that

Changes in going back to school
 There is trepidation – self taught vs.
learning in school
 Now a certain maturity and exposure to
the world so sure of what to get out vs.
darkness when left school

me as am still in learning mode as this
organization allows it –but have seen
others in officious work places

but in school, very open.Here the human
connect is target oriented
