2. Warner Bros.
Warner Bros. is an American entertainment company. Founded 92 years ago in the year
1923 in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The headquarters for Warner Bros. is in Burbank
California. Warner Bros. are one of the most popular and successful producing
companies in the world. They have produced films such as American Sniper, The Hobbit
Saga and The Shawshank Redemption.
After looking at the list of films that Warner Bros. have made I realised that they have a
variety of genres however action/adventure films come up quite a lot. The Harry Potter
series and The Hobbit Saga are both action/adventure genre films.
In recent years their action/adventure films have become really successful. The recent
Batman films have been very successful and the gross that those films made is staggering:
Batman Begins- $205,343,774
Batman The Dark Knight- $533,316,061
Batman The Dark Knight Rises- $448,130,642
After looking at the list of the films that Warner Bros. have made I've started to feel as
though they would be an ideal institution for my opening sequence as they’ve made
many films in a genre that I like and considering.

These two films have been a massive success in the UK and they made a pretty
decent gross:
Love Actually- $59,365,105
Notting Hill- $116,006,080
After looking at the films and their genres that Working Title I feel as though
Working Title isn’t the best example to use for inspiration for my opening
sequence.

end product well because the film is going to be UK based.
