• The genre of battlefield is a FPS with an emphasis on modern day world conflicts and modern
day technology. The game is played through with a single player story and can incorporate
cooperative play or 64 player vast open world multiplayer maps.
• In battlefield 3's campaign, you take on the personas of several military roles: a US Marine, an F-
18 weapons system officer, an M1A2 abrams tank operator, and a spetsnaz GRU operative. The
campaign takes place in many different locations across the world giving the player plenty of
different environments

3. JUST CAUSE 2
• Just cause 2 is an open world shooter that takes place on the island of Panau. The game features
Rico Rodriguez, a major operative of the fictional Agency who arrives at Panau (a dystopian
island nation in Maritime Southeast Asia) to overthrow dictator Pandak "Baby" Panay and
confront former mentor Tom Sheldon. It is an action-aventure game that allows the player to
take control of a major operative of the Agency, who runs round an open world island map
called Panau. Players are free to roam the map and cause chaos instead of playing the story first

4. LIFE IS STRANGE
• Life Is Strange is an episodic graphic adventure video game. It is developed by Dontnod Entertainment and
published by Square Enix. The main character of the game is Max, must take on the responsibility from
destroying her town. The player's actions will adjust the narrative as it unfolds, and reshape it once allowed
to travel back in time.
• Life Is Strange is a graphic adventure played from a third-person view. The mechanic of rewinding time
allows the player to redo any action that has been taken. The player examines and interacts with objects,
this leads to puzzles throughout the story that have to all be answered at the end

5. THAT DRAGON, CANCER
• The genre of the game is an arty game which plays out as an interactive series. It Focuses on the
lives of a real family whose child was affected by cancer and the game was made in his name
meaning that the game was made special for the developers who made it as the main
developers where the parents of the affected child.
• It is also a point and click adventure that allows for the player to become immersed in the
gameplay and creates a fun overall build up to the story as appose to some games that focus
more on the gameplay than the storyline
