(The first speaker presented her/his writing.)
Thank you for your sharing, Mrs. Luluk Fista Muliyawati, S.Kep for the informative
presentation. So, ladies and gentlemen, in her presentation, she discussed covid-19 as the
newly discovered virus that has infected many people, not only in a certain country, but
people around the world. She also presented data related to Covid-19 cases which is
increasing over time. According to her, the number of positive cases in Indonesia has
reached more than 10 thousand people.
Furthermore, she stated that new healthier habits must be continuously carried out by
the society, so that it will decrease the number of positive cases in Indonesia. There are
some new habitual adaptations that should be done, such as washing hands regularly,
wearing masks, and keeping physical distance to prevent the transmission of this virus.
2. Alright. Now, let us listen to our second speaker, she is Mrs. Era Prasiwi, S.Si. Her
topic is about “How to Keep Our Mental Health During Pandemic” which is made together
with Mr. Sylvester Nggaba. For Mrs. Era Prasiwi, S.Si, time is yours.
(The second speaker presented her/his writing.)
Thank you for your sharing, Mrs. Era Prasiwi, S.Si . So, ladies and gentlemen, in her
presentation, she discussed the psychological point of view of Covid-19 pandemic which is
how to keep mental health during pandemic. She stated that there several things we could
do to maintain our mental health during covid-19 pandemic. They are: first, maintaining self
awareness, then keeping up the spirit, staying active, and keep being hopeful. By doing
those positive things, hopefully we will not get stressed or depressed during this uncertain
situation.
Well, let us continue to listen to our third speaker for the first session, she is Mrs. Sri
Nuryaningsih, S.Far., Apt. She will deliver a topic entitled “How to Make Handmade
Handsanitizer”. For Mrs. Sri Nuryaningsih, S.Far., Apt, the floor is yours.
(The third speaker presented her/his writing.)
Thank you for the insightful presentation, Mrs. Sri Nuryaningsih, S.Far., Apt. So, ladies
and gentlemen, Mrs. Nunung discussed the steps on how to make handmade hand sanitizer
so that we don’t need to buy it. According to her, one of the ways to prevent transmission
of the Corona virus is to maintain cleanliness by diligently washing hands with soap and
water. However, we can use handsanitizer when water and soap are not available.
Furthermore, the increasing use of hand sanitizers has made the stocks more difficult to
find and become expensive. So it is important for us to know how to make our own hand
sanitizer. We can easily get the materials in the chemical store. However, since we use
many chemical substances to make the handsanitizer, we have to be really careful by
following the steps one by one and by doing it gently, so that we will not get injured and
later on we can get the advantages of making our own hand sanitizer.
Alright, now it’s time for question and answer sessions. Does anyone has any questions
or comments?
(Question 1) My name is Aurelia Lintang from X Nursing Assistant Moyudan. As you
mentioned earlier, one of the things we should do in the new habitual adaptation is to eat a
nutritious diet. Would you recommend any foods that we should consume to boost our
immune system during this pandemic?
3. (Question 2) Bu Luluk, How can we deal with someone who does not follow government
direction??
(Question 3) Bu Luluk, Why are the signs and symptoms of someone who have Covid-19
different??
Thank you for your questions, ladies and gentlemen. So, we have got 7 questions for the
first session. The questions for Mrs. Luluk Fista Muliyawati are:
First, Would you recommend any foods that we should consume to boost our immune
system during this pandemic?.
Second question for Mrs. Luluk is How can we deal with someone who does not follow
government direction?
And third one is Why are the signs and symptoms of someone who have Covid-19
different? What is your response to this, Mrs. Luluk Fista?
(The first speaker answered the first question.)
Then, There are two questions for our second speaker, Mrs. Era Prasiwi. They are:
How can we overcome boredom when we have to stay at home all the time?
What to do to keep maintaining our social relation with others even though we have to stay
at home?
What is your answer?
(The second speaker answered the second question.)
Finally, There are two questions also for our third speaker, Mrs. Sri Nuryaningsih. They
are:
1) Can we make hand sanitizer from natural ingredients?
2) What natural ingredients can we use to make hand sanitizer?
What is your answer?
(The third speaker answered the third question.)
Thank you for your explanation, Mrs. Luluk, Mrs. Era, and Mrs. Nunung. Ladies and
gentlemen, we have reached the end of the first presentation session. From our discussion
today, it can be concluded that there are some positive things we can do during this covid-
19 pandemic such as maintaining the new habitual adaptions, doing things that can keep our
mental health, and also making a handmade hand sanitizer on our own to keep our hands
free from the virus.
