The Obscene Publications Act is extended to distribution and exhibition.
Protection of Children Act prohibits the distribution and possession of
images of unsimulated sexual activity involving children, regardless of context.

The British horror boom of the 1960’s carried on throughout to
the beginning of the 1970’s.
A minor boom of low-budget softcore porn and sex comedies.
