another; the second component of distance education.

television but is not limited to electronic media and communicating at a
distance.
5. 4. Virtual- the intention that at some times it might become actual (potential)
the need to learn about technology without a teacher.
6. 5. Independence study- the ability to learn an anyplace whether or not
teacher/students are present.
