2. How CheckMate Document Trak Works

to the database; the easiest is "Automatic Add". CheckMate
will automatically add an item the first time it is scanned.
Or when a new item is checked out, CheckMate can open

Reports and Queries
Many reports are available including Activity History, Overdue Items, Checked Out, Checked Out by
Badge, Stock List, Badge List, Reservations, and Storage. A user may also customize a Query within
CheckMate Document Trak by selecting the criteria for a report.
