• Determiners are placed at the beginning of a
noun group.
• Determiners are placed in front numbers
and adjectives.
He met the three French girls in Dallas.

– The definite article: the
– Demonstratives: this, that, these, those
– Possessives: my, your, his, her, its, our,

Note: ‘your’ is used both for the singular and
plural possessive.
