MBA Admissions Essay
After graduation from KOREA University, I decided to enter Hyndai MotorCompany(HMC), which
is the largest Korean car manufacturer and global player, to pursue a career as an international
businessman. In January 1991, I joined Domestic Finance Team of HMC. My specific assignment
was to plan monthly and annual financial schedules for HMC's domestic funding needs. About two
years later, in January of 1993, I was transferred to Retail Finance Team from Domestic Finance
Team and responsible for financing by the sales and factoring of Car Receivables.

In the quest to exploit market opportunities around the globe, business are increasingly
experimenting with new approaches and structures which cut across national boundaries. But if these
experiments are survive and even flourish in environment which are increasingly fluid and complex.
Throughout my work experience, I have tried aquire a strategic awareness with a global outlook. For
example, when I took resposibility for HMC's India Project, more specifically, during business trip to
India, I visited many Indian financial institutions and had many business talks with local financiers.
Besides this multicultural exposure, several FDI projects(China, Japan, Pakistan, Turkey, Malaysia,
Vietnam, and so on forth) further widened my multicultural exposure. And I have willingly and
intensively learned to speak Japanese and Chinese to work efficiently with local partners. Familiarity
with a multicultural environment may help a manager reduce or eradicate the effects of percerved
discrimination and achieve business goals effectively.
Fourth Challenge : My education now has to enter its most critical stage – actual study of business.
Looking back at what I have done, and ahead to what I'd like to do, I can find a great sense in
beginning a MBA Program. I have dreams and plans for a range of jobs and enterprises that extend
ahead through my life. For my dreams and plans, I

2. Study Plan Essay
I am applying to Seoul National University to continue the development of my critical learning
skills and to broaden my knowledge base. I feel I am now ready to complete a degree, and
understand what is required to function successfully in our environment. I realize that to advance
from the world of undergraduate college curriculum to that of an atmosphere of higher education in
graduate training, takes much of a prospective graduate student??s time and effort.
Throughout my life, I have worked towards one goal which is to become a doctor. Medicine offers
the opportunity for me to integrate different scopes of science while trying to improve human life.

I have taken stock of myself, considering my skills, experiences, and goals. I have looked to family
and friends, some of whom are doctors, for advice. Because of this self–examination, I have decided
to pursue a career in health care. The process has been difficult at times but always illuminating.
Throughout it all, I have never lost confidence – the confidence that I will actively absorb all
available medical knowledge, forge friendships with fellow students, and emerge from my training
as a skilful and caring physician.
I know that the road that I take to become a doctor is going to be very challenging; however I feel
that my past has prepared me for taking on the challenge. As a student, I am an active participant in
my academic and extracurricular activities. My first priority has always been to make good grades
and learn in college. Although this is important to me, I also know that by participating in clubs,
sports, and extracurricular activities, I will become a well–rounded student. I have been working
hard for the last 7 years, operating as an independent, responsible adult. In that time I have
constantly learnt from my life experiences and developed skills in both learning and life
management. I am a very motivated person with goal setting, time management and prior skills that
help me achieve what I aim to do.
What motivates me to pursue university education abroad? Well, the last couple of years have been
a long bumpy ride for me, however, the First

3. Mba Research Sample
An analysis of the data will determine if undergraduate success predicts graduate success. Several
studies of students enrolled in the MBA program at Whatsamattu U conducted throughout this course
and include numerous variables. Likewise, the data utilized for this study include a sample size of
200 students attending Whatsamatta University. Ideally, the resolution is to conclude if a correlation
exists between the students. In other words, a correlation exists as a constant relationship between
two or more variables (Mirabella, 2011). The goal is to identify the correlation and display if the data
that increases or decreases.
Another purpose of such is to define the statistical measure of each variable by direction, size, and
relevance...show more content...
In detail, the regression statistics show a sample size of 200 students attending the University. The
correlation coefficient (r) expresses 0.925 with a coefficient of determination (r–squared) of 86%.
Furthermore, the standard error of the estimate identified stands at 0.118. Afterwards, the regression
equation shows a slope of 0.987 with an intercept of –0.051. In other words, the MBA GPA equals
–0.57 plus 0.987, which is the BS GPA. Subsequently, the predicting regression equation section
displays an X value of 4 and a confidence level of 95 percent. In addition, the predicted Y value
stands at 3.890 with a confidence interval of 3.890 and the prediction interval also at 3.890. Clearly,
the next section termed as the hypothesis test for correlation shows the null hypothesis slope equals
to zero. Next, the level of significance utilized, as mentioned above, stands at 0.05. However, the
t–statistic (computed) show figures to be 34.1890.
Additionally, the data in the hypothesis test for correlation section has a p–value of 0.000. In other
words, the decision is to reject the null hypothesis, but with a conclusion that some correlation exists
between the variables. In brief, the ANOVA section displays figure for SS, df, Ms, F, and F crit. The
regression SS figure computed are 16.1864 for SS, 1 for df, 16.1864 for MS, 1168.8879 for F and
3.8889 for F crit. The error SS stands at 2.7418, 198 for df and 0.0138 for MS. Finally,

4. Essay On GPA
The study performed on students enrolled in the MBA program at Whatsamattu U will determine
the mean of students GPA. The variables in this study include their age, gender, major; GPA,
Bachelors GPA, course load, English speaking status, family, and weekly hours spent studying.
Although it is common, most schools grades at the MBA level are divided only between A's and
B's. For that reason, the graph displays an expected mean GPA of 3.50. In order to examine the
unknown data, we will conduct a hypothesis test with significance level of 0.50 (a tolerance level of
error we are willing to accept during this study). Furthermore, the one sample hypothesis test for the
mean will calculate the unidentified statistics to determine if the...show more content...
Statistic supporters report that if a null rejection transpires, then the null hypothesis must conclude
that H1 is true (Mirabella, 2011). Following, the upper–tail test identifies a p–value of 0.9998, which
suggest not rejecting the null hypothesis. Research contest the p–value is the possibility of making a
mistake if the null is rejected (Farnsworth, 2016). Nevertheless, if a rejection of the null hypothesis
occurs, then insufficient evidence proposes that H1 exists as proofs (Mirabella, 2011). Further
concluding the lower–tail test identifies a p–value of 0.002, therefore, the decision remains; reject
the null hypothesis. According to Mirabella (2011), the confidence interval is another way to
acquire the sample mean. To organize this, just utilize the mean added to or minus a margin of
error. Furthermore, the margin of error or sampling error is merely the difference between the
results and the truth (Mirabella, 2011). Therefore, the sampling error necessity determined is vital
in order to develop a sample mean. Early units have taught us, the Z score times the standard
deviation divided by the square root of the sample size. Therefore, the Z score remains known as
plus/minus of the level of confidence based on the data in the normal distribution. Through
reflection, the standard deviation remains characterized as a typical distance of an observation from
the distribution center or middle value (Barde & Barde, 2012). Following,
