be called N–I–A–F (No–one is a failure), not a typical study group or therapy, a community of
academic socializing to motivate students toward success. Peers would encourage each other in
N–I–A–F, and work as teams to achieve. Teens need to know their capabilities and weaknesses along
with being praised for their proficiencies to be motivated. Knowing your weaknesses is empowering
