Reflective Essay On English 101
Proficient writing is an essential skill in all aspects of academic and professional achievement.
English 101, Introduction to Composition and Rhetoric, provided the framework to good writing,
teaching me composition and rhetoric fundamentals, polishing up my grammar and style, and
expressing a clear message. English 102, Composition, Rhetoric, and Research, continued to build
on the skills I learned in English 101, focusing on the subject matter research process and
employing various rhetorical and literary devices to better express a clear message to the reader.
The course also improved my critical thinking capacity, allowing me to culturally evaluate my
target audience, present logically flowing arguments using appropriate language and structure, and
critically reviewing my writing projects for content and expression. Every writer inherently knows
there's always room to improve and I hold fast to this mindset in all academic, professional, and
personal writing projects. English 102 has both challenged and inspired me to grow into a much
better writer than before I began the class, providing the necessary skills to be not just a good
writer, but a great writer.
Most of my English 102 writing projects are rhetorical arguments, intended to persuade the reader in
one direction or another. Reflecting on the many skills I honed in English 102, my predetermined
use of rhetorical strategies (ethos, logos, pathos), developing a concise thesis statement, and clearly

Personal Reflective on a Photo Essay
Personal Reflective on a Photo
Photos bring memories back to life. Each photo tells a different story, sometimes things you don't
always like to remember.
The photo that I have chosen is of a young girl in a pretty formal dress. She is holding a packet of
Minties, her favourite lollies. Her grandma gave them to her right after she performed in a concert
for her dancing school.
Athol Williby School of dance, a place she'd been going to for 3 years, since she was 7 years old.
Every Monday her mother would drop her off out the front of the old office building. She'd walk
down the laneway round the back, up the old wooden stairs into a change room.
A change room where all the older girls gossiped as she and her friend arrived....show more content...
As everyone was arriving the young girls noticed how many people actually went to the dance
school. They were shocked; they'd only seen the older girls that gossiped in the change rooms before
class.
As the doors opened and everyone moved into the building, a tall lady with red curly hair and a big
noise came into view. She was screaming instructions at everyone; they just kept walking through the
doors.
The young girls walked into change room 8. It was huge with ballet costumes on hangers.
There were lights around the mirrors just like in the movies. The little girls felt very glamorous.
They were told to sit on the ground and wait until Marie, the lady that would be looking after and
helping them get into their costumes, came.
The young girls sat and waited patiently, giggling excitedly about which costumes they would get to
wear.
All of sudden like a gust of wind the door flung open and in came the screaming lady with red curly
hair and a big noise.
All the young girls gasped. Marie as she was called stood over all the girls and looked down on them.
"Why aren't you girls in your costumes yet?"
Everyone looked down, no one said a thing everyone was too scared.
"Well hurry up them, it's those ones on the rack over there"
Everyone rushed over to the rack she had pointed at and started putting on his or her costumes.
"I'll be back in 5 minutes, all of you

Reflective Essay On Self Esteem
Self–acceptance is an extremely prevalent issue that numerous people struggle with. It is one of the
hardest to surmount, for it is something I still struggle with to this day. Overall, my journey is a
working progress as it will perpetuate to have its downfalls to test me. Like many of my generation,
social media has played an excessively paramount role in our lives, both negatively and positively.
Sources of harmless entertainment have also unintentionally encouraged self–judgment. Be that as it
may, my perspective has been widely opened unexpectedly through a speaker's presentation as she
showed us how to recognize our self–worth. Confidence and self–esteem are hard to acquire for
some, but it should not be a quantity you divest yourself of. Self–acceptance of all insecurities and
doubts is paramount since every individual has a unique beauty that should be cherished in order to
pursue a life full of love and jubilance.
During my sophomore year in high school, we had a Career Day with several guest speakers.
They had split us up by gender, the girls stayed on the right side of the school while the boys
stayed on the left. We could not enter the opposite sides considering we had presentations
concretely for each group. As the boys had speakers to discuss the development of a gentleman,
we had speakers addressing topics relating to makeup and on how to be a lady. Towards the end
of the day, my friends and I decided to choose our last presentation randomly. As we entered the
room, there was this resplendent woman with a surprisingly cordial atmosphere. She addressed us
as if we were her own children; you could sense the love she had for positivity before she even
commenced to speak. She gave us a background story of her childhood during our age, for she too
had struggled with accepting herself with all her insecurities. She described her several encounters
with bullying and how it had impacted her self–esteem even though she appeared so vigorous and
confident. I admired that about her the most, not once did she ever show the slightest bit of
weakness, yet she too had relatable problems. Then she mandated us to indite down the worst thing
someone had ever verbally expressed about us, even if it were of our own

Assessment Reflection Essay examples
As I reflect on my past assessment process, I realized how much my assessments have changed
over the years. In my early years, I used tests for informational recall as my assessments. I felt
these were appropriate guidelines in which I needed to follow in order to substantiate a student's
grade. Every assignment or tests was given a point value and then based on the amount of points, a
grade was given. Every student's assessment was exactly the same, and the assessments did not
contain any subjectivity. I felt confident in giving the grade based on a valid point system. However
reflecting back, I see that I did not include any performance–based assessments or individual learning
styles in my early assessment. I also did not take...show more content...
Part of my assessment philosophy is to assess students on a daily basis which also includes their
reaction to my class. Students come to school with so much baggage that if you only chose one day
a week, or four or five times a marking period to assess them, chances are, they may be having a bad
day. Therefore, these students may not demonstrate their true ability if given only a few attempts
during the marking period. Assessment needs to be a continuous process throughout the marking
period. Everyday my students are given an opportunity to demonstrate their learning whether it is an
observation, a quick answer or a one–on–one discussion or a group project. My assessments are
consistent, flexible and achievable. I adhere to the deadlines that I give my students as part of my
assessment process. I want to infuse in my students that the world has deadlines, and you must be
prepared to meet them.
Assessment for many students means failure instead of demonstrating what you know. Too many
students walk away from a test, a science lab, or any other learning experience and feel as if they
have failed. Students should walk away from these experiences with a feeling of curiosity. If
assessments are correctly used, students would want to experiment more and take additional risks
knowing that the end result would be a feeling of achievement instead of failure. Assessments

Reflective Essay on a Good Teacher...
Reflective Essay: A Good Teacher...
Standard 1: Development, learning, and motivation–
A teacher has his or her own style or way of motivating their students. Motivation plays an
important part in a student's success of learning and development. There are times when teachers
spend more time with their students than most parents do, thus, a teacher is fundamental in
shaping their students success. If parents or teachers are poor leaders our children are the ones
who are at a disadvantage. When they shine as leaders our children blossom and the world is wide
open to them. As a future teacher it is of utmost importance that I make sure to find the best style of
teaching for the students I will be teaching in order for them to receive the...show more content...
Not every child learns the same way, nor are they interested in the same things. In my fieldwork I
have noticed that it is becoming more difficult to keep the attention of twenty to twenty–five
children under the age of ten. Most of the students in the class were not really that interested in
researching or reading. When it came time to learn a new activity they would sigh and state that
they did not want to do any of the work. However, if a conversation was sparked about a new
video game they were all excited to converse about it. A good teacher must learn to incorporate
everyone's beliefs into the daily curriculum. All students must be aware of the differences in the
world and around them. Teachers have a lot of responsibility and need to make sure that they make
learning a positive experience for all. By being sensitive to the needs of everyone and presenting
different ways of doing things, it can be possible for everyone to have an equal opportunity to do
their best.
Standard 3: Instruction– Differentiated instruction is very effective in the classroom. Teachers
should be well aware of how greatly students may vary in readiness, interest, and modes of learning.
Teachers need to work to adjust the classroom to the needs of subgroups of students. Cooperative
learning or student– centered instruction is not a new concept. Like direct instruction it has been
used as

Marketing reflective essay
As Jobber(2012) was claiming, the marketing concept is "Achieving corporate goals by meeting and
exceeding customer needs, better than the competition". Marketing is the process of telling a true
story in an unforgettable manner. As a consequence, it became an essential tool in the competitive
business environment. The main objective is to maximize the company 's profit by showing up with
stunning adverts. Bearing in mind the development of technology, "It is well known that markets
grow by the reduction of unit prices: this is how the computer became a household necessity", this
could not be possible without a good marketing strategy (Kapferer 2012, p.205).

On the other hand, the managing marketing implementation is the process that helps customers to
keep in mind the strengths of the company. In order to accomplish this, three stages are required to
be followed such as an analysis of the markets and trading environment, determination of core
markets and brand positioning and last, but not least, setting up flexible programmes for
implementation. Controlling the marketing plan should include the flexibility of objectives,
empowerment for environmental changes and monitoring, in order to allow new opportunities for
the business.
Being involved in a group project was a challenge for me, due to the fact that we had some
communication problems between our group members in the beginning. First of all, we started with
a brainstorming, analysing the opportunities of companies around Hendon Central. More than this,
we agreed on the same firm and started our work. Within a teamwork, there are some challenges
that occur such as remaining focused on a direction, splitting equally the work and choosing a good
leader. Bearing all this in mind, I might say that we did our best during the presentation and we
coped with the minor communication issues. From this experience, I realized that I am a good
leader and I can manage efficiently a project.
Therefore, my first future plan consists in getting employed in successful corporations; working

Reflection Of Expository Writing

Reflective Essay
I have been taking Expository Writing for 4 months. I have found that I need to be able to
communicate myself in writing. I must relay exactly what I'm trying to put forth to others and
convey the right message of understanding. I must be able to explain myself, negotiate, and work
in teams. My language skills can be worked on and improved. I need to be able to pick up the
language of whatever environment I'm in whether it be at work or school, or in society. Since
everyone does not have the same background, learning how to write the written word is important
in any environment. I have learned how to write and express myself, how to think for myself, and
how to find answers to things I do not know. Most important I have learned how to believe in my
writing.
I was very hesitant in taking this English class, I have not taken an English class in many years.
When I took the placement test for reading and English, I tested out of all categories. I was proud
of myself for that feat. When I found I was going to have to take a college level English class, I
avoided it at all costs. Too much pressure. However, I have learned about the Rhetorical Essay
was to understand how an author writes and not focus on what the content is. Knowing the
explanation of what techniques and author uses to make their point come across to the intended
audience. I learned about Argumentative Research Paper is to debate both sides of an issue. The
intent is to be unbiased and state the facts on either side. I learned about Public Piece with
Presentation is meant to deliver an effective presentation to engage your audience. Your audience
listens to not only what you are saying but your visual engagement in the topic being presented.
Also, the point of the class is to be able to work with others to achieve a desired outcome or task.
To know that I can work with others in a cohesive environment to draw on everyone's input and
views. This will assist me in the real work of life and assist in handling many types of people and
myself in communicating.
I have never been a good writer; however, I have learned that communication is not the same when
writing. Having a conversation about aliens

Reflective Essay On Interview Experience
During the interview I learned various things about how a person who once was dreaming of a
career worked hard to make that dream closer and closer to reality. I always thought about jobs as
boring, stressful, and tiring ways to make money to sustain one's life. But from this interview
experience I have learned that it isn't always and doesn't have to be that way. It is important for
someone to pick a job they want to do, and if they don't like it, that's okay as long as they are
willing to obtain that burning determination and motivation to study and develop different variety
of newly introduced skills to accomplish what they want to do for a living. I realized that
working in a job that you don't enjoy doing isn't necessarily bad. Different jobs require different
skills and knowledge in different fields/areas. A person who switched jobs multiple times (not
because they got fired) has a higher possibility of having more skills and experiences on different
types of work, which causes the gap between the doors of opportunity to widen, enabling that
person to choose from a wide variety of different job options that they want to do and be content
with. From a student's' point of view, just the thought of getting into a job that you dream of seems
difficult and challenging. When we look at what we want to do when we grow up, we see a long
road ahead of us with constant obstacles of traffic jam (you have to compete with different people
who are closer to the destination than you

During this session we examined the different stages of teacher development and the different
types of teachers we may be. I reflected on the fact that to a large degree, we as student teachers
are expected to 'play the game', deliver the curriculum and are, in many cases, not encouraged to
develop our creativity in the classroom. As a reflective practitioner, I must acknowledge that I have
felt stifled by this approach but have found myself delivering the curriculum by the dictates of
whichever placement I have been involved. Some subjects offer more scope for creativity, science,
art, history, music and these are the subjects in which I have felt there has been more flexibility for
a more creative approach. The lesson...show more content...

want to develop my understanding of grammar schools and establish the pros and cons of
grammar school education, particularly in relation to social mobility. I was somewhat shocked to
discover that over 100,000 people apply for the 15,000 available grammar school places, meaning
that 75,000 children will be disappointed in their quest for a grammar school education. These
figures bring into perspective how fortunate my parents were to achieve grammar school places and

Reflective Essay On Online Learning
Online courses are a new way of learning anywhere you go. The new software's are making it
easy to use for anyone who might not be familiar with the technology. Sitting in a traditional
classroom for hours and hours compared to being able to study anywhere in the world. Leaving
behind the traditional heavy books that we have to carry around the whole day, now all we need
is our electronic devices. Although online course was accepted by a lot of people, I was not
ready to leave the traditional classroom. The fear of managing and organize my own time for the

Therefore, going to the library is a great resource which allows free access to the internet and
provides people with computers to use. Furthermore, time management skill will come in handy,
in order to find time to study from a busy schedule. A specific study area will keep away from
distraction, having a route and a place that is not your bedroom to study help to advance in your
learning. Some of the additional stages and steps also include being able to follow direction without
having someone over your head all the time. Being able to think in advance due to unreliability of
technology. Moreover, although the following direction could be accountable for class's room, it is
also essential for online courses because a student is not only following the directions in order to
complete an assignment, but also how they can upload the assignment for the teacher to view. This
is a crucial step because even if the student finishes the assignment as required, if it is not submitted
correctly, they will be facing a penalty or incomplete by many instructors. Having said this,
technology has helped us achieve great things, but it can be unreliable sometimes. Many times when
a student is trying to finish an assignment at the last minute, there internet goes down or their
computer crashes. Which brings us to the next point, being able to work in advance that will allow
the student have time to figure out how they can resolve the situation. The

Personal Reflection On Group Work
Personal Reflection
"Group work is a form of voluntary association of members benefiting from cooperative learning that
enhances the total output of the activity than when done individually".
Working in a group can be very difficult at times. Different people with different views may not
always agree which one another. Throughout the various task I played the communicator. I made
sure everyone was on track on what we wanted to do. I also made sure people was okay and
happy in the role they was playing in the group. My group worked together in collecting ideas
from one another and making it into one. My feelings about the group process was a little mix at
first but, at the end I felt like we actually brought it together. Beginning of the group member were
all over the place and had no direction, when we were able to take a breather in just think ideas
started to flow. I felt like that took the communicator to make it happen. By reinsuring the other
group members that everything will go smoothly if we just don't overthink everything. The things
I will have done differently in the group was to use my time wisely. I believe because we were on
a time frame, I tended to rush things just to say okay where done. Also, more support and trust at a
point of time I was kind of second guessing another idea. I feel that you have to have trust in your
group member to make it effective.

Self Reflection On Entrepreneurship
In this assignment I aim to self–reflect on my personal entrepreneurial skill.
According to the Cambridge dictionary self–reflection is 'the activity of thinking about your own
feelings and behaviour, and the reasons that may lie behind them'. Self–reflection is a crucial part of
development, one of the reasons for this is because self–reflection enables you to review yourself. It
then becomes easier for you to evaluate your performance, this can be used to make improvements
for the future.
Entrepreneurship
The Oxford dictionary define entrepreneurship as 'The activity of setting up a business or businesses,
taking on financial risks in the hope of profit.' An Entrepreneur consists of an individual who is both
creative and innovative; I believe an entrepreneur is an open–minded individual; this enables them to
think of creative thoughts and ideas that they can use to set–up their own business/businesses. In
order to put these creative thoughts and ideas to good use they also need to be innovative. The
'Business Dictionary' states that Entrepreneurship is 'The capacity and willingness to develop,
organize and manage a business venture along with any of its risks in order to make a profit.' This
supports the fact that as an entrepreneur you need to be willing to take calculated risks, with the aim
of prospering and therefore meeting aims and objectives. An entrepreneur needs to be able to handle
taking a loss; an entrepreneur would usually learn from this to enhance their skills so that less
mistakes occur in the future.
Self–Reflection is crucial for development (Kolb, 1984)
In my previous education institution, a reflection was undertaken in teamworking. We worked as a
team and set–up a project for a talent show. After we accomplished this we handed out questionnaires
to our audience (to gather feedback on how we performed); we were then able to use the distributed
questionnaire to gather more knowledge and understanding on various methods that we could
improve for the future.
Hobbs and Kolb are authors who have a strong belief in reflecting on your work. As an
entrepreneur this is crucial as it enables you to find any errors that you may have made to then
rectify them. An example of this is when I

Examples Of Gibbs Model Of Reflection
Introduction
As part of my ongoing professional and personal development throughout this MA course in
Counselling I need to identify a model of reflective practice that I am comfortable using and use
this framework to reflect on my own experience. I have chosen to use Gibbs' model of reflection
(1988) as the framework for my own experiences and I will therefore be looking in some depth at
a particular counselling situation and describing my thoughts and feelings around that event. I
will look at my own reactions in regard to this event to see where they have come from and I will
look at ways I could have done things differently or ways of developing things a bit further. I will
analyse what went well and what didn't and finally I will look at what I have learnt from this
situation and possibly plan for how I would...show more content...
Gibbs' model of reflection 1988 Stage 1 of the model is where we give a Description of the event that
we wish to reflect on. This needs to be clear and concise, giving a very clear picture of what has
gone on. Here I would describe who was present, what was the context of the event – what exactly
am I reflecting on, what did I say, and what the other person said. This is a fully descriptive account
of what exactly happened.
Stage 2 of the model looks in depth at Feelings. Here I would look at what I was feeling at that
moment in time, what affected my feelings, how I felt about the outcome of the situation, did my
feelings change at all during the process, and what are my feelings now looking back on the situation.
Stage 3 looks at Evaluation – making a judgement about what has happened. What were the positive
and negative aspects of this situation? Was there anything else that might have made a difference?
This is where I would stand back and get a good sense of how it all went and examine my
judgements a bit more. Why do I think that, where has that thought come from? Where can I go from
here in my interaction with this

Reflective Essay On Professionalism
Professionalism can be defined as "the conduct, aims, or qualities that characterize or mark a
profession or a professional person."(Merriam–webster) My interpretation of this definition is that
professionalism is a standard that we must hold ourselves accountable to in order to provide the best
service. How do we get from a basic understanding of this definition, to practicing and applying
professionalism? Major attributes that lead to professionalism can include accountability,
communication and reflective practice. Reflective practice in the healthcare system is when
"practitioners engage in a continuous cycle of self–observation and self evaluation in order to
understand their own actions and the reactions they prompt in themselves" (becoming a better
university teacher...). In the day–to–day life, everyone performs a type of reflection whether it is by
unconscious thought or by habit. When it is unintentional it is hard to learn and grow from the
knowledge that can potentially be gained. Therefore we need to find a way to effectively
incorporate reflective practice into our daily lives, especially as radiation therapy students.
There is a simple three–step framework for practical, structured reflection by Dr. Natius Oelofsen
that really stood out to me. Reflective practice should not be complicated or time consuming or
else it will not be done efficiently or effectively. We need reflective practice to become habit during
our school years in order for it to be

Reflective Poetry Essay
Composing poetry is an artistic expression; subsequently it's a way of conveying everything that
needs to be conveyed and finding importance in expressions. Through poetry words are illuminated
to form a picture, express feeling and share a thought in so few words. Putting down on paper all
the emotions going through ones head is a way of re–living and remembering the overwhelming
emotions they grapple with throughout their lives. Poet Michelle Williams states that: ".... humans
have always grappled with overwhelming emotions. Throughout history we have expressed these

This is true because putting on paper emotions such as hurt and...show more content...
This stanza returns to the solitude of the lonely wondering cloud. However, the poet has been
changed by his imaginative experience involving the daffodils and the accompanying bay waters.
Loneliness is now a peaceful solitude. William Wordsworth describes himself as alone and lonely,
detached even from nature. Wordsworth feeling of sadness emerges from this poem.
In Conclusion, poets William Wordsworth, Percy Shelley and William Blake show how poetry
displays the importance of human ability to convey emotions and say what they feel. Therefore the
quote by poet Michelle Williams is true. In poets William Wordsworth "Preface" to Lyrical ballads,
he describes poetic process as follow:
"Poetry is the spontaneous overflow of powerful feeling: it takes its origin from emotion recollected
in tranquility.
Thus through poetry the opportunity to recreate and relive the previously experienced emotion is
conveyed.

The Dreaded English Class
The dreaded English 102. Could this be my final English course in my career as a student? I don't
know for sure. I still need to decide what my major will be in. There is something that I know for

go, but I plan to work hard to get the best grade that I can. Hence, I have decided to get this out of
the way now, I look to fine–tune my writing skills, and I expect this course to help me understand
my writing style. To start, I chose this class because I knew that eventually I would need to
complete it. What better time to do it, than right now? I had recently completed a math course
this past semester, so I did not want to take another stressful class that I find to not be my
strongest subject right after. My brother and some friends have mentioned that this course isn't as
bad as it is said to be. That is what pushed me to sign up and attempt to complete this course. Being
a part time student and working full time is a lot to balance on ones plate. I have learned that

math course, and isn't as time restraining either. This course will give me more time at work and
more time to study. This sums up the reasons I chose to complete English 102. I hope to gain more

It also conveyed that I was empathetic towards her situation. Geldard and Geldard (2009) explain
that minimal responses not only convey that the counselor is listening, they can also be used to
convey a message, such as surprise, agreement or even to challenge what has been said. The
meaning of these minimal responses is also influenced greatly upon the delivery of them. Tone of
voice, facial expression, posture and eye movement all help to determine the way in which these
messages are received. An example of a minimal response I made that conveyed empathy would
have been; when the client was describing her feelings of not being respected in her workplace and
I responded by saying: "sounds horrible". This short response did not interrupt the flow of
conversation, and encouraged the client to continue. My tone of voice and facial expressions were
also congruent with someone who empathized and was interested in what was being said. Reflective
Listening. Summarising, paraphrasing and reflection of feelings are all examples of counselling
micro–skills that let the client know that the counselor is listening and understanding them correctly.

also from the whole working process. First of all, I have to admit that this group is one of the best
groups I've ever had, I used to think that only failed experience helps people learn and grow.
However, this time in a well–organised group, I found that I was wrong, positive experience
contributes as well. This essay will reflect what I have learned, and it will be mainly divided into
two parts: academic reflection and experiential reflection.
Academic Reflection
In an IMC plan, separate segment needs to cooperate with each other through organisational
communications in order to ensure that audiences can receive a same key message from different
channels (Ots and Nyilasy 2015, 134–135). Personally, I feel it is perfectly understandable as a
first–time IMC practitioner. In this group work, because we do not have much time to discuss the
"Big Idea" at the very beginning, we decided to divide the work first and then combine them
together to find out the "Big Idea". However, I found that I cannot come up with useful strategies
without effectively communicating with my teammates about our goal for this plan. After we have
finished our first draft and uploaded it to Google Drive, we all agreed that this is a weak plan,
because the messages we try to deliver in each piece do not have much in common.
As Percy (2013, 2–3) pointed out, both the key and the goal of IMC planning are "to deliver a
consistent message". This made me think we might be wrong at the aiming stage. In this scenario,
assigning work without figuring out the requirement of an IMC plan is the problem of our group,
and I need to learn that figuring out the main requirements and setting a clear goal are essential
steps for innovative projects like an IMC plan. Because they can improve both individual's task
performance and group's working efficiency (Hoegl and Parboteeah 2003, 4). There may have
certain groups that can perform well without cooperating tightly, like a calculation group, but IMC
group is definitely not one of them. Which reminds me that in the

An Example Of A Reflective Essay

  • 1. Reflective Essay On English 101 Proficient writing is an essential skill in all aspects of academic and professional achievement. English 101, Introduction to Composition and Rhetoric, provided the framework to good writing, teaching me composition and rhetoric fundamentals, polishing up my grammar and style, and expressing a clear message. English 102, Composition, Rhetoric, and Research, continued to build on the skills I learned in English 101, focusing on the subject matter research process and employing various rhetorical and literary devices to better express a clear message to the reader. The course also improved my critical thinking capacity, allowing me to culturally evaluate my target audience, present logically flowing arguments using appropriate language and structure, and critically reviewing my writing projects for content and expression. Every writer inherently knows there's always room to improve and I hold fast to this mindset in all academic, professional, and personal writing projects. English 102 has both challenged and inspired me to grow into a much better writer than before I began the class, providing the necessary skills to be not just a good writer, but a great writer. Most of my English 102 writing projects are rhetorical arguments, intended to persuade the reader in one direction or another. Reflecting on the many skills I honed in English 102, my predetermined use of rhetorical strategies (ethos, logos, pathos), developing a concise thesis statement, and clearly defining Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 2. Personal Reflective on a Photo Essay Personal Reflective on a Photo Photos bring memories back to life. Each photo tells a different story, sometimes things you don't always like to remember. The photo that I have chosen is of a young girl in a pretty formal dress. She is holding a packet of Minties, her favourite lollies. Her grandma gave them to her right after she performed in a concert for her dancing school. Athol Williby School of dance, a place she'd been going to for 3 years, since she was 7 years old. Every Monday her mother would drop her off out the front of the old office building. She'd walk down the laneway round the back, up the old wooden stairs into a change room. A change room where all the older girls gossiped as she and her friend arrived....show more content... As everyone was arriving the young girls noticed how many people actually went to the dance school. They were shocked; they'd only seen the older girls that gossiped in the change rooms before class. As the doors opened and everyone moved into the building, a tall lady with red curly hair and a big noise came into view. She was screaming instructions at everyone; they just kept walking through the doors. The young girls walked into change room 8. It was huge with ballet costumes on hangers. There were lights around the mirrors just like in the movies. The little girls felt very glamorous. They were told to sit on the ground and wait until Marie, the lady that would be looking after and helping them get into their costumes, came. The young girls sat and waited patiently, giggling excitedly about which costumes they would get to wear. All of sudden like a gust of wind the door flung open and in came the screaming lady with red curly hair and a big noise. All the young girls gasped. Marie as she was called stood over all the girls and looked down on them. "Why aren't you girls in your costumes yet?" Everyone looked down, no one said a thing everyone was too scared.

  • 4. Reflective Essay On Self Esteem Self–acceptance is an extremely prevalent issue that numerous people struggle with. It is one of the hardest to surmount, for it is something I still struggle with to this day. Overall, my journey is a working progress as it will perpetuate to have its downfalls to test me. Like many of my generation, social media has played an excessively paramount role in our lives, both negatively and positively. Sources of harmless entertainment have also unintentionally encouraged self–judgment. Be that as it may, my perspective has been widely opened unexpectedly through a speaker's presentation as she showed us how to recognize our self–worth. Confidence and self–esteem are hard to acquire for some, but it should not be a quantity you divest yourself of. Self–acceptance of all insecurities and doubts is paramount since every individual has a unique beauty that should be cherished in order to pursue a life full of love and jubilance. During my sophomore year in high school, we had a Career Day with several guest speakers. They had split us up by gender, the girls stayed on the right side of the school while the boys stayed on the left. We could not enter the opposite sides considering we had presentations concretely for each group. As the boys had speakers to discuss the development of a gentleman, we had speakers addressing topics relating to makeup and on how to be a lady. Towards the end of the day, my friends and I decided to choose our last presentation randomly. As we entered the room, there was this resplendent woman with a surprisingly cordial atmosphere. She addressed us as if we were her own children; you could sense the love she had for positivity before she even commenced to speak. She gave us a background story of her childhood during our age, for she too had struggled with accepting herself with all her insecurities. She described her several encounters with bullying and how it had impacted her self–esteem even though she appeared so vigorous and confident. I admired that about her the most, not once did she ever show the slightest bit of weakness, yet she too had relatable problems. Then she mandated us to indite down the worst thing someone had ever verbally expressed about us, even if it were of our own Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 5. Assessment Reflection Essay examples As I reflect on my past assessment process, I realized how much my assessments have changed over the years. In my early years, I used tests for informational recall as my assessments. I felt these were appropriate guidelines in which I needed to follow in order to substantiate a student's grade. Every assignment or tests was given a point value and then based on the amount of points, a grade was given. Every student's assessment was exactly the same, and the assessments did not contain any subjectivity. I felt confident in giving the grade based on a valid point system. However reflecting back, I see that I did not include any performance–based assessments or individual learning styles in my early assessment. I also did not take...show more content... Part of my assessment philosophy is to assess students on a daily basis which also includes their reaction to my class. Students come to school with so much baggage that if you only chose one day a week, or four or five times a marking period to assess them, chances are, they may be having a bad day. Therefore, these students may not demonstrate their true ability if given only a few attempts during the marking period. Assessment needs to be a continuous process throughout the marking period. Everyday my students are given an opportunity to demonstrate their learning whether it is an observation, a quick answer or a one–on–one discussion or a group project. My assessments are consistent, flexible and achievable. I adhere to the deadlines that I give my students as part of my assessment process. I want to infuse in my students that the world has deadlines, and you must be prepared to meet them. Assessment for many students means failure instead of demonstrating what you know. Too many students walk away from a test, a science lab, or any other learning experience and feel as if they have failed. Students should walk away from these experiences with a feeling of curiosity. If assessments are correctly used, students would want to experiment more and take additional risks knowing that the end result would be a feeling of achievement instead of failure. • 6. Reflective Essay on a Good Teacher... Reflective Essay: A Good Teacher... Standard 1: Development, learning, and motivation– A teacher has his or her own style or way of motivating their students. Motivation plays an important part in a student's success of learning and development. There are times when teachers spend more time with their students than most parents do, thus, a teacher is fundamental in shaping their students success. If parents or teachers are poor leaders our children are the ones who are at a disadvantage. When they shine as leaders our children blossom and the world is wide open to them. As a future teacher it is of utmost importance that I make sure to find the best style of teaching for the students I will be teaching in order for them to receive the...show more content... Not every child learns the same way, nor are they interested in the same things. In my fieldwork I have noticed that it is becoming more difficult to keep the attention of twenty to twenty–five children under the age of ten. Most of the students in the class were not really that interested in researching or reading. When it came time to learn a new activity they would sigh and state that they did not want to do any of the work. However, if a conversation was sparked about a new video game they were all excited to converse about it. A good teacher must learn to incorporate everyone's beliefs into the daily curriculum. All students must be aware of the differences in the world and around them. Teachers have a lot of responsibility and need to make sure that they make learning a positive experience for all. By being sensitive to the needs of everyone and presenting different ways of doing things, it can be possible for everyone to have an equal opportunity to do their best. Standard 3: Instruction– Differentiated instruction is very effective in the classroom. Teachers should be well aware of how greatly students may vary in readiness, interest, and modes of learning. Teachers need to work to adjust the classroom to the needs of subgroups of students. Cooperative learning or student– centered instruction is not a new concept. Like direct instruction it has been used as Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 7. Marketing reflective essay As Jobber(2012) was claiming, the marketing concept is "Achieving corporate goals by meeting and exceeding customer needs, better than the competition". Marketing is the process of telling a true story in an unforgettable manner. As a consequence, it became an essential tool in the competitive business environment. The main objective is to maximize the company 's profit by showing up with stunning adverts. Bearing in mind the development of technology, "It is well known that markets grow by the reduction of unit prices: this is how the computer became a household necessity", this could not be possible without a good marketing strategy (Kapferer 2012, p.205). Ever since I finished High School, I stood among people that set up...show more content... On the other hand, the managing marketing implementation is the process that helps customers to keep in mind the strengths of the company. In order to accomplish this, three stages are required to be followed such as an analysis of the markets and trading environment, determination of core markets and brand positioning and last, but not least, setting up flexible programmes for implementation. Controlling the marketing plan should include the flexibility of objectives, empowerment for environmental changes and monitoring, in order to allow new opportunities for the business. Being involved in a group project was a challenge for me, due to the fact that we had some communication problems between our group members in the beginning. First of all, we started with a brainstorming, analysing the opportunities of companies around Hendon Central. More than this, we agreed on the same firm and started our work. Within a teamwork, there are some challenges that occur such as remaining focused on a direction, splitting equally the work and choosing a good leader. Bearing all this in mind, I might say that we did our best during the presentation and we coped with the minor communication issues. From this experience, I realized that I am a good leader and I can manage efficiently a project. Therefore, my first future plan consists in getting employed in successful corporations; working particularly in Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 8. Reflection Of Expository Writing Erwyn Suruy December 9, 2017 Eng 111 Reflective Essay I have been taking Expository Writing for 4 months. I have found that I need to be able to communicate myself in writing. I must relay exactly what I'm trying to put forth to others and convey the right message of understanding. I must be able to explain myself, negotiate, and work in teams. My language skills can be worked on and improved. I need to be able to pick up the language of whatever environment I'm in whether it be at work or school, or in society. Since everyone does not have the same background, learning how to write the written word is important in any environment. I have learned how to write and express myself, how to think for myself, and how to find answers to things I do not know. Most important I have learned how to believe in my writing. I was very hesitant in taking this English class, I have not taken an English class in many years. When I took the placement test for reading and English, I tested out of all categories. I was proud of myself for that feat. When I found I was going to have to take a college level English class, I avoided it at all costs. Too much pressure. However, I have learned about the Rhetorical Essay was to understand how an author writes and not focus on what the content is. Knowing the explanation of what techniques and author uses to make their point come across to the intended audience. I learned about Argumentative Research Paper is to debate both sides of an issue. The intent is to be unbiased and state the facts on either side. I learned about Public Piece with Presentation is meant to deliver an effective presentation to engage your audience. Your audience listens to not only what you are saying but your visual engagement in the topic being presented. Also, the point of the class is to be able to work with others to achieve a desired outcome or task. To know that I can work with others in a cohesive environment to draw on everyone's input and views. This will assist me in the real work of life and assist in handling many types of people and myself in communicating. I have never been a good writer; however, I have learned that communication is not the same when writing. Having a conversation about aliens Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 9. Reflective Essay On Interview Experience During the interview I learned various things about how a person who once was dreaming of a career worked hard to make that dream closer and closer to reality. I always thought about jobs as boring, stressful, and tiring ways to make money to sustain one's life. But from this interview experience I have learned that it isn't always and doesn't have to be that way. It is important for someone to pick a job they want to do, and if they don't like it, that's okay as long as they are willing to obtain that burning determination and motivation to study and develop different variety of newly introduced skills to accomplish what they want to do for a living. I realized that working in a job that you don't enjoy doing isn't necessarily bad. Different jobs require different skills and knowledge in different fields/areas. A person who switched jobs multiple times (not because they got fired) has a higher possibility of having more skills and experiences on different types of work, which causes the gap between the doors of opportunity to widen, enabling that person to choose from a wide variety of different job options that they want to do and be content with. From a student's' point of view, just the thought of getting into a job that you dream of seems difficult and challenging. When we look at what we want to do when we grow up, we see a long road ahead of us with constant obstacles of traffic jam (you have to compete with different people who are closer to the destination than you Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 10. Examples Of Reflective Log Reflective log 27.09.16: During this session we examined the different stages of teacher development and the different types of teachers we may be. I reflected on the fact that to a large degree, we as student teachers are expected to 'play the game', deliver the curriculum and are, in many cases, not encouraged to develop our creativity in the classroom. As a reflective practitioner, I must acknowledge that I have felt stifled by this approach but have found myself delivering the curriculum by the dictates of whichever placement I have been involved. Some subjects offer more scope for creativity, science, art, history, music and these are the subjects in which I have felt there has been more flexibility for a more creative approach. For the main part, my parents have spoken favourably regarding grammar school and their associated experiences, however, there is some indication that my mother's success at 11+, in comparison to her sister's failure of the test, may have proven divisive within the family. I want to develop my understanding of grammar schools and establish the pros and cons of grammar school education, particularly in relation to social mobility. I was somewhat shocked to discover that over 100,000 people apply for the 15,000 available grammar school places, meaning that 75,000 children will be disappointed in their quest for a grammar school education. These figures bring into perspective how fortunate my parents were to achieve grammar school places and forces me to consider the implications for those children who are not so Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 11. Reflective Essay On Online Learning Online courses are a new way of learning anywhere you go. The new software's are making it easy to use for anyone who might not be familiar with the technology. Sitting in a traditional classroom for hours and hours compared to being able to study anywhere in the world. Leaving behind the traditional heavy books that we have to carry around the whole day, now all we need is our electronic devices. Although online course was accepted by a lot of people, I was not ready to leave the traditional classroom. Therefore, going to the library is a great resource which allows free access to the internet and provides people with computers to use. Furthermore, time management skill will come in handy, in order to find time to study from a busy schedule. A specific study area will keep away from distraction, having a route and a place that is not your bedroom to study help to advance in your learning. Some of the additional stages and steps also include being able to follow direction without having someone over your head all the time. Being able to think in advance due to unreliability of technology. Moreover, although the following direction could be accountable for class's room, it is also essential for online courses because a student is not only following the directions in order to complete an assignment, but also how they can upload the assignment for the teacher to view. This is a crucial step because even if the student finishes the assignment as required, if it is not submitted correctly, they will be facing a penalty or incomplete by many instructors. Having said this, technology has helped us achieve great things, but it can be unreliable sometimes. Many times when a student is trying to finish an assignment at the last minute, there internet goes down or their computer crashes. Which brings us to the next point, being able to work in advance that will allow the student have time to figure out how they can resolve the situation. The Get more content on HelpWriting.net

Personal Reflection On Group Work Personal Reflection "Group work is a form of voluntary association of members benefiting from cooperative learning that enhances the total output of the activity than when done individually". Working in a group can be very difficult at times. Different people with different views may not always agree which one another. Throughout the various task I played the communicator. I made sure everyone was on track on what we wanted to do. I also made sure people was okay and happy in the role they was playing in the group. My group worked together in collecting ideas from one another and making it into one. My feelings about the group process was a little mix at first but, at the end I felt like we actually brought it together. Beginning of the group member were all over the place and had no direction, when we were able to take a breather in just think ideas started to flow. I felt like that took the communicator to make it happen. By reinsuring the other group members that everything will go smoothly if we just don't overthink everything. The things I will have done differently in the group was to use my time wisely. I believe because we were on a time frame, I tended to rush things just to say okay where done. Also, more support and trust at a point of time I was kind of second guessing another idea. I feel that you have to have trust in your group member to make it effective. • 13. Self Reflection On Entrepreneurship In this assignment I aim to self–reflect on my personal entrepreneurial skill. According to the Cambridge dictionary self–reflection is 'the activity of thinking about your own feelings and behaviour, and the reasons that may lie behind them'. Self–reflection is a crucial part of development, one of the reasons for this is because self–reflection enables you to review yourself. It then becomes easier for you to evaluate your performance, this can be used to make improvements for the future. Entrepreneurship The Oxford dictionary define entrepreneurship as 'The activity of setting up a business or businesses, taking on financial risks in the hope of profit.' An Entrepreneur consists of an individual who is both creative and innovative; I believe an entrepreneur is an open–minded individual; this enables them to think of creative thoughts and ideas that they can use to set–up their own business/businesses. In order to put these creative thoughts and ideas to good use they also need to be innovative. The 'Business Dictionary' states that Entrepreneurship is 'The capacity and willingness to develop, organize and manage a business venture along with any of its risks in order to make a profit.' This supports the fact that as an entrepreneur you need to be willing to take calculated risks, with the aim of prospering and therefore meeting aims and objectives. An entrepreneur needs to be able to handle taking a loss; an entrepreneur would usually learn from this to enhance their skills so that less mistakes occur in the future. Self–Reflection is crucial for development (Kolb, 1984) In my previous education institution, a reflection was undertaken in teamworking. We worked as a team and set–up a project for a talent show. After we accomplished this we handed out questionnaires to our audience (to gather feedback on how we performed); we were then able to use the distributed questionnaire to gather more knowledge and understanding on various methods that we could improve for the future. Hobbs and Kolb are authors who have a strong belief in reflecting on your work. As an entrepreneur this is crucial as it enables you to find any errors that you may have made to then rectify them. An example of this is when I Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 14. Examples Of Gibbs Model Of Reflection Introduction As part of my ongoing professional and personal development throughout this MA course in Counselling I need to identify a model of reflective practice that I am comfortable using and use this framework to reflect on my own experience. I have chosen to use Gibbs' model of reflection (1988) as the framework for my own experiences and I will therefore be looking in some depth at a particular counselling situation and describing my thoughts and feelings around that event. I will look at my own reactions in regard to this event to see where they have come from and I will look at ways I could have done things differently or ways of developing things a bit further. I will analyse what went well and what didn't and finally I will look at what I have learnt from this situation and possibly plan for how I would...show more content... Gibbs' model of reflection 1988 Stage 1 of the model is where we give a Description of the event that we wish to reflect on. This needs to be clear and concise, giving a very clear picture of what has gone on. Here I would describe who was present, what was the context of the event – what exactly am I reflecting on, what did I say, and what the other person said. This is a fully descriptive account of what exactly happened. Stage 2 of the model looks in depth at Feelings. Here I would look at what I was feeling at that moment in time, what affected my feelings, how I felt about the outcome of the situation, did my feelings change at all during the process, and what are my feelings now looking back on the situation. Stage 3 looks at Evaluation – making a judgement about what has happened. What were the positive and negative aspects of this situation? Was there anything else that might have made a difference? This is where I would stand back and get a good sense of how it all went and examine my judgements a bit more. Why do I think that, where has that thought come from? Where can I go from here in my interaction with this Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 15. Reflective Essay On Professionalism Professionalism can be defined as "the conduct, aims, or qualities that characterize or mark a profession or a professional person."(Merriam–webster) My interpretation of this definition is that professionalism is a standard that we must hold ourselves accountable to in order to provide the best service. How do we get from a basic understanding of this definition, to practicing and applying professionalism? Major attributes that lead to professionalism can include accountability, communication and reflective practice. Reflective practice in the healthcare system is when "practitioners engage in a continuous cycle of self–observation and self evaluation in order to understand their own actions and the reactions they prompt in themselves" (becoming a better university teacher...). In the day–to–day life, everyone performs a type of reflection whether it is by unconscious thought or by habit. When it is unintentional it is hard to learn and grow from the knowledge that can potentially be gained. Therefore we need to find a way to effectively incorporate reflective practice into our daily lives, especially as radiation therapy students. There is a simple three–step framework for practical, structured reflection by Dr. Natius Oelofsen that really stood out to me. Reflective practice should not be complicated or time consuming or else it will not be done efficiently or effectively. We need reflective practice to become habit during our school years in order for it to be Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 16. Reflective Poetry Essay Reflective Poetry Essay Composing poetry is an artistic expression; subsequently it's a way of conveying everything that needs to be conveyed and finding importance in expressions. Through poetry words are illuminated to form a picture, express feeling and share a thought in so few words. Putting down on paper all the emotions going through ones head is a way of re–living and remembering the overwhelming emotions they grapple with throughout their lives. Poet Michelle Williams states that: ".... humans have always grappled with overwhelming emotions. Throughout history we have expressed these emotions in many ways, such as through song, music, dance, art and poetry" This is true because putting on paper emotions such as hurt and...show more content... This stanza returns to the solitude of the lonely wondering cloud. However, the poet has been changed by his imaginative experience involving the daffodils and the accompanying bay waters. Loneliness is now a peaceful solitude. William Wordsworth describes himself as alone and lonely, detached even from nature. Wordsworth feeling of sadness emerges from this poem. In Conclusion, poets William Wordsworth, Percy Shelley and William Blake show how poetry displays the importance of human ability to convey emotions and say what they feel. Therefore the quote by poet Michelle Williams is true. In poets William Wordsworth "Preface" to Lyrical ballads, he describes poetic process as follow: "Poetry is the spontaneous overflow of powerful feeling: it takes its origin from emotion recollected in tranquility. Thus through poetry the opportunity to recreate and relive the previously experienced emotion is conveyed. Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 17. Reflective Essay Sample Hi, I am Jan Anglade. Currently, I work as an ESOL/ELA teacher at the DeKalb International Student Center in DeKalb County. I have been working in the same school since I moved to Georgia from my native country of Puerto Rico in 2006. 100% of the students in my school are ESOL students new to the country, as well as SLIFE (Students with Limited or Interrupted Formal Education). In my classroom there could be a 13–year–old student from Guatemala with 5 years of schooling sitting next to a 17–year–old student from Tanzania with no formal schooling. Because of my interactions with the students, I am very interested in researching and contributing to the ESOL sub–field of SLIFEs. I teach because I enjoy helping others. • 18. The Dreaded English Class The dreaded English 102. Could this be my final English course in my career as a student? I don't know for sure. I still need to decide what my major will be in. There is something that I know for sure, that is, needing to take this class to move on. I am not certain how my time in this class will go, but I plan to work hard to get the best grade that I can. Hence, I have decided to get this out of the way now, I look to fine–tune my writing skills, and I expect this course to help me understand my writing style. To start, I chose this class because I knew that eventually I would need to complete it. What better time to do it, than right now? I had recently completed a math course this past semester, so I did not want to take another stressful class that I find to not be my strongest subject right after. My brother and some friends have mentioned that this course isn't as bad as it is said to be. That is what pushed me to sign up and attempt to complete this course. Being a part time student and working full time is a lot to balance on ones plate. I have learned that from experience. I formally was a full time student and worked part time, but the roles tend to reverse once you find yourself struggling to pay bills. Seeing that this class isn't as costly as a math course, and isn't as time restraining either. This course will give me more time at work and more time to study. This sums up the reasons I chose to complete English 102. I hope to gain more writing experience in Get more content on HelpWriting.net

Growing up in Compton it was hard because every action you did had a great consequence. My parents were one of the authorities that set down a path without violence and away from drugs. One of the greatest successes that I experienced in my past was having carried over my community service from where I lived to where I am now. Carrying over my community service experience has made it better for me to be around those who I can connect with and have fun helping others. The greatest failure that I've experienced was the choice of friends that I had. With the majority of my "friends" that I had, almost all were under bad influences. After watching them live their lives without mothers I couldn't imagine how hard it was for them. The Second event is a shooting that happened at home while we were gone and my brother wasn't with us, my family and I were terrified until my mother received a call from my aunt who lived nearby, who had my brother for several hours. • 20. Reflective essay -Counselling session Introduction. In this reflective essay I will provide an analysis of the counselling session I conducted and recorded. This will include a summary of the session. I will also describe the micro and advanced counselling skills utalised, as well as a critical evaluation of their effectiveness. A discussion of my application of these skills, as well as areas of possible improvement will supported by reference to relevant literature. Summary of the session. Leesa is a 37–year–old woman who I have seen around four months previously. At the previous session Leesa spoke of her frustrations at work and of her hopes of securing a promotion. Leesa's presentation was one of lethargy consistent with someone who was suffering feelings of...show more content... It also conveyed that I was empathetic towards her situation. Geldard and Geldard (2009) explain that minimal responses not only convey that the counselor is listening, they can also be used to convey a message, such as surprise, agreement or even to challenge what has been said. The meaning of these minimal responses is also influenced greatly upon the delivery of them. Tone of voice, facial expression, posture and eye movement all help to determine the way in which these messages are received. An example of a minimal response I made that conveyed empathy would have been; when the client was describing her feelings of not being respected in her workplace and I responded by saying: "sounds horrible". This short response did not interrupt the flow of conversation, and encouraged the client to continue. My tone of voice and facial expressions were also congruent with someone who empathized and was interested in what was being said. Reflective Listening. Summarising, paraphrasing and reflection of feelings are all examples of counselling micro–skills that let the client know that the counselor is listening and understanding them correctly. Although it is important to try to respond accurately it is not essential as an incorrect response can encourage the client to re–think what they have said and then clarify it, possibly resulting Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 21. Examples Of Academic Reflection During the whole process of designing the IMC plan for HP Sprocket in this semester, I have earned valuable experience about teamwork, and I have learned lessons not only from class, but also from the whole working process. First of all, I have to admit that this group is one of the best groups I've ever had, I used to think that only failed experience helps people learn and grow. However, this time in a well–organised group, I found that I was wrong, positive experience contributes as well. This essay will reflect what I have learned, and it will be mainly divided into two parts: academic reflection and experiential reflection. Academic Reflection In an IMC plan, separate segment needs to cooperate with each other through organisational communications in order to ensure that audiences can receive a same key message from different channels (Ots and Nyilasy 2015, 134–135). Personally, I feel it is perfectly understandable as a first–time IMC practitioner. In this group work, because we do not have much time to discuss the "Big Idea" at the very beginning, we decided to divide the work first and then combine them together to find out the "Big Idea". However, I found that I cannot come up with useful strategies without effectively communicating with my teammates about our goal for this plan. After we have finished our first draft and uploaded it to Google Drive, we all agreed that this is a weak plan, because the messages we try to deliver in each piece do not have much in common. As Percy (2013, 2–3) pointed out, both the key and the goal of IMC planning are "to deliver a consistent message". This made me think we might be wrong at the aiming stage. In this scenario, assigning work without figuring out the requirement of an IMC plan is the problem of our group, and I need to learn that figuring out the main requirements and setting a clear goal are essential steps for innovative projects like an IMC plan. Because they can improve both individual's task performance and group's working efficiency (Hoegl and Parboteeah 2003, 4). There may have certain groups that can perform well without cooperating tightly, like a calculation group, but IMC group is definitely not one of them. Which reminds me that in the Get more content on HelpWriting.net
