7. Introduction to Meditation
Humans were
introduced to
meditation by none
other than Lord
Shiva, So we pray to
him and seek his
blessings to start this
knowledge delivery.
8. Starting with Step 1: Sit and Close your
eyes.
The most important
thing is Sitting and
closing your eyes.
Find a place which
is silent and calm or
where you can find
your moment of
calm.
9. Level 1 Objective : Achieve control of
body and Senses.
We will go from head to feet.
Relax your forehead tension
Relax the stiffness of your Head Muscles
Relax the tension in your neck and Shoulders
Connect with your lungs, stomach and other body parts.
Scan them and relax them.
10. Relevant Geeta shlokas for Senses
Control
Resting your senses more than required timespan is sinful.
Senses must be suppressed and mind should be continuously
convinced.
Lust anger and greed are doors of hell.
As a tortoise pulls his limbs on seeing danger, similarly you should
control your senses every time they are wanting excess food or fun.
11. Level 2: Achieve control of mind
Arjuna asks, mind is
like air, how can i
control it.
Lord Says with
determination and
regular practice you
can control this mind.
12. Step 3 Set your principles and justify.
The mind needs
principles and
justification for
everything. Set
yourself the
principles of life and
justify it to your
mind.
13. Accept that Mind is a different entity
● Mind is a different entity altogether and
it is the book keeper of all your deeds.
● If your mind is in your control, then it is
your best friend and if it is not, then it is
your biggest enemy.
14. So Convince and Train your mind like
you would train your Dog
You can train your mind the
way you train the Dog to react
in the given situation.
With the help of Meditation
you can program your mind to
react the way you want under
the given circumstances.

16. Remind yourself of the principles continuously
to strengthen your mind and body
1. kaam, krodh and Lobh, i.e Desire of Sex,
Anger and Greed are doors of hell and I
will do my level best to avoid the pull of
these vices.
2. He, who is able to control the storm of
Kaam and Krodh before death is Yogi
and is is qualified to connect with God.
17. Remind yourself of the principles continuously
to strengthen your mind and body

1. Bhakti Yoga: Power of Passion.
2. Karma Yoga: Plan properly and do it with
determination and discipline.
3. Gyan Yoga: Will to continuously acquire
knowledge and excel.
19. Importance of Morning Meditation
Your mind is in Super Hyper mode in
the morning, as it prepares for the
day. Control your super hyper mind
to give it a direction.
Control the anxiety
Plan your attitude to the challenges
of the day.
Build control on your senses and
plan your reaction to the world.
Pray to get the strength to remain
Calm and Wise.
20. Remind yourself of following points
while meditating
1. Anger and Greed are the doors to Hell. Don’t get angry or
Greedy during the day. Evaluate every point before reacting.
2. Identify emotional storms and avoid getting in their control
and avoid accidents.
3. Donate everyday, donate knowledge, food, your labor, and
medicines. THe following donations should be done on priority.
A. Donate to cows. B. Donate to dogs & Cats C. Donate to
Birds. D. Donate to environment
21. Importance of Afternoon Meditation at
Work
By this time, the activities are
at their peak and you can feel
drained, tired and irritated.
Your breathing loses its
rhythm.
So, you need meditation to
gather your strength, achieve
your focus, which can be
achieved by cutting off
yourself from everything and
just meditating and stabilizing
the breath..
22. Night Meditation- Prepare to enjoy sleep
Prepare to enjoy the sleep,
which is the most important
activity to remain healthy and
wise.
Wipe out all your thoughts,
restore your faith in God.
Free yourself from all
attachments, commitments,
hatred, expectations and Relax
your senses and enjoy the
sleep.
23. Level 3: Intellect Control
Intellect is a natural event and you do not
need to think about it.
If your senses and mind are calm then
intellect will be operational on its own.
24. Notes:
1. Meditate with the 5 minutes timer and a calendar reminder till you
become a pro.
2. Continue sitting with your eyes closed even if you are not able to
control your thoughts, keep on cleaning the mind board, whenever
the thought comes and the control will come eventually.
3. What if I focus on music or sound of waves or any pleasant thought?
The answer is no, you are defeating the objective of Yog with God,
when you focus anywhere else.
25. Points to be remembered
The biggest power in this world is sex, which is a sense. So thinking that
you can cross level 1 easily is a big foolishness.
So accept the power and remember it will take multiple births to achieve
level 1.
God has categorically said that your next birth would start from the level
where you leave in previous birth. So do not be afraid of 10000 failures
as well, just have full faith in Krishna and keep trying.
Lord also says that regular practice and strong determination will
ultimately help you cross the ocean as well.
26. Connect with God- Explanation
God Says, You attain me if you remember me at the time of death, you
will achieve me.
Arjuna asks, then it is super easy, i will sin all my life and at the time of
death I will remember you.
So, God replies, This Arjuna goes beyond your control at the time of
death, you only remember things, where your senses reside. So you can
achieve me if you remember me from your heart, focus and love.
And I am closest to the person whose heart and mind are strong and yet
calm.
So, 5 minutes, thrice a day meditation is to connect you with God.

1. Better decision making: You can take better decisions only when
your heart beat is under your control. I.e, you are less stressed and
your senses and your mind are under your control.
2. It empowers you to prepare for the challenges of the situation and
stand up to face the problems.
3. It gives you the patience to sail through difficult times.
4. Health: It reduces the risks of heart attacks and strokes, as you are
calm and your breath is in your control.
5. It establishes clarity in your life and you are able to get focused on
what you want and how you want.
