My Vision
Two years ago I had the privilege to realize an old dream, I finished my first marathon, 42.2 Km.
This event preceded a unique journey of almost a year. Throughout the journey I acquired insights and perspectives on
management, restraint, self-discipline, long-term thinking and planning and mainly the ability to make what seems
impossible - possible.
For 25 years throughout my career, I gained experience in many different styles of business negotiation. Traveling across
the globe, meeting business associates from different cultures, negotiate with customers, employees and top managers,
I have behind me hundreds negotiation processes.
This vast experience of managing people, projects, business and sales, together with the powerful insight of "everything
is possible", enabled me to develop an Effective & Wining Negotiation Methodology.
Negotiation is like a marathon. It's a long and well-planned journey (no "quick fix"), that when it is built cleverly, carefully
balanced and with a lot of attention, it brings you to the successful results.
I Have Been There
My carrier beginning as a software engineer, team leader and later on as VP R&D, provided me deep understand in
development processes, the importance of teamwork, creation of an Internal Buy-In and the ability to build productive
workflows.
The many years of managing hundreds of people in complex software projects in companies such TTI Telecom, Verint
and others, gave me the opportunity to specialize in projects delivery and Crisis Management with large, medium and
small customers from different cultures and diverse business fields.
Over the past decade, I served as Vice President and Leadership Member at Microsoft Israel & West Europe. I
successfully led the negotiation and closure of complex, multi-year, multi-million deals with customers such as
Government of Israel-Ministry of finance, Ministry of Defense, Electricity Company, Vodafone, Portugal Telecom,
International Atomic Agency and other major customers in Europe and Israel.
My Offering
Negotiation and dispute resolution is an art.
As your negotiation partner, I will take you through a comprehensive process of needs analysis, positions and interests
mapping and clear goals setting.
Careful preparation, presenting alternatives within the organization and to the customer, ongoing feedback and
practical recommendations are the keys for successful negotiations.
My broad perspective in large scale deal and multi-cultural environments together with the "outsider view" is a
significant advantage. It will help you to digest feedbacks and will encourage out of the box thinking approach.
