2. What is advanSR?
• advanSR (pronounced advancer) is a fun, engaging, and rewarding
tool that helps students and their parents to enhance productive
scholastic behaviors.
• advanSR focuses on improving three areas of educational life:
• Attendance
• Extra-Curricular Activities
• Parental Engagement
• advanSR provides Motivation to Succeed.

3. Choose Parent
The interface provides three branches for
different types of users in the app.

Meet Ace! He’s the loveable mascot and a
protagonist in the app’s narrative. He
provides helpful information as well as words
of affirmation on the home page.

6. Parent Sign Up
Each Parent Must Sign up and Provide an
email address and a password along with a
name.

7. Link Your Account with
your Student’s
Account
advanSR does not collect personal
information from students. Each student is
assigned a student ID, which is not associated
with their name. In fact, we do not collect
their name at all.

8. Access your Student’s
Account
“My Account” Page
On your Student’s My Account Page, locate
your Student’s ID and their School ID. This
will be required to link your account to
theirs.
If you have multiple Students in your
household, you can choose a different color
to identify each student. You can also have
students in multiple schools.
Enter the Requested Information and hit
“Next”

9. Verification
Once you enter the required information a
one-time code will be sent to your Student’s
Account. This is necessary to complete
linking your account to theirs.
Each Student Account you link will require
this same verification process to ensure that
only parents or those authorized can link to
your Student’s account!

10. Linking More Students
This is the confirmation screen for a
successful registration process.
From here you can link as many Students
from as many schools as you like. Each
Student link will require the same process.
If you are complete, simply press Next.

advanSR – Ace is ready
to help!
From the Home Screen You can
• View Your Students
• Check In for a Scheduled Event to Earn
points
• Locate an Activity and Participate to Earn
Points
• View the Points you have accrued

12. Click On Students
From this screen you can view each student
account to which you are linked.
All of the Students in your household with
linked accounts are displayed here.

13. Student’s Progress
From here you can view your Student’s
points and level and see the Prizes that are
available.

14. Activity Log
Scroll Down on your Student’s screen and
you can view their Activity Log.
Simply touch the advanSR logo at the top left
to navigate home or use the buttons at the
bottom to navigate where you’d like.

15. Returning Home to
Ace!
As a parent you can participate in your Student’s
advanSR experience.
They will earn points as you interact with
advanSR and attend special Parent activities
such as
• Parent Teacher Meetings
• PTA Meetings
• Chaperoning a Field Trip
• And More.
Work with your School and your Teachers to get
more involved and earn rewards!

16. Activities
Touch the Activities Button and see all of the
activities open to you and your Student.
Simply sign up. An in app notification will
remind you of an upcoming Activity.
The points at the right are yours for the
taking when you arrive and Check In.
Scheduling Conflict? Simply cancel right from
here.

17. Activity Information
This intuitive activity screen provides the
Parent with information about an event at a
glance.

18. Time to Check In and
Claim your Points!
Tap the Check In Button to Access your
Activities and check in.

19. Tap the Yellow Button
When you arrive at your Activity the Event
Coordinator will issue a code. This code
when entered will redeem your points and
Advance you and your Student!

20. Enter Code
We use the same PIN interface as was used
during registration, for a parent to check in
to an Event. This code will be provided by the
Event Coordinator.

21. And Back at Home Ace
is waiting to help
further!
Tap on the Points Menu to see your points
total!

22. Points Totals
Tap on Points and see the points you and
your Students have accrued.
Press the Prizes Button to see what you can
win with your Points

23. Prizes
Prizes can be customized as to point value, as
well as monetary value. Students redeem
Prizes directly within the app with an easy-
to-use interface.

24. See Your Notifications
From Home or from any Screen the Bell icon
will show you how many notifications that
you have.

25. Notifications
Notifications are presented in app and stored
in the notifications area, which is similar to
an email inbox, but the messages are kept
short, sweet and to the point.

26. My Account
Tap the My Account Icon to view your
Account information, make edits or view
your Activity Log.
Students My Account page will not display
and personally identifiable information.

27. My Account
Information
See your registered user and if you scroll
down you can view all of your activity on
advanSR!

28. My Account Continued
Scroll down and you can see your Activity
Log. This will allow you to choose a time
frame and see what you have done with your
advanSR.

29. Sign Out
Below the activity log is the sign out button.
Simply Sign out when your advanSR session
is complete or stay logged in.
