among various agencies and use of modern
technology.

5,477-km sanctioned stretch had been completed in 34

6. During the second phase of the project, 7,294 km of
road and 48 new bridges will be built in eight states.

7. The total cost of phase-2 is estimated around Rs 10,700

Upgrading of Rajnandgaon to Mohla Section (from Km.0.00
to Km. 72.40) from NCC Limited in August, 2006.

14. Another project was for the ‘Rehabilitation
and Upgrading of Road from Mohla
(Km.72+400) to Maharashtra Border
(Km.110+590) from Public Works Department
(PWD), Chhattisgarh in August, 2006.
