Clear Intentions For Your Income
There are 2 types of people that will listen to this training.
1. Those who listen and follow the instructions and take action when told to take action and they
will perform all of the steps they are given, and they are the ones who will achieve the outcome
that they desire.
2. Then there will be those who don’t follow all of the steps and assignments and will only get
minimal results or none at all.
The people who achieve massive results believe in things before they exist.
There are 2 rules that MUST be followed at all times within your business.
1. Set a clear intention for your outcome even if the “how to” for reaching that outcome isn’t
completely clear.
2. Take action before you even know what you are doing.
The people who are going to make 15K per month are going to be
the ones who have a clear intention and take massive action and
correct it as they go along.
Those who fail are the ones who believe they need to know everything before
they do anything.

2. How To Set A Clear Outcome
(PRINT AND FILL IN YOUR ANSWERS)
What income goal do you want to hit in 90 days? It must be something
greater than $15,000 per month.
Why do you want that income amount? What purpose will it serve in your life? What is a reason to
drive you to accomplish that income goal?
What evidence is there going to be in your life to show that you have accomplished your outcome?
What reward are you going to create for yourself when you reach your outcome? Every time you hit a
goal, celebrate.
Where are you when you see the evidence that you have achieved your outcome?
Write out your outcome statement in present tense, in first person and using all of your senses.

3. The only reason anyone ever experiences burn out is because of a lack of clarity in
the vision of their outcome.
EXAMPLE:
I, David Wood, am sitting at my desk in the mountains of Portulon in my home in Costa Rica. The date is
February 1st 2013 and I’ve just logged in to the admin area of EmpowerNetwork.com staring at my
affiliate earnings from January 1st 2013 to January 31st 2013. As I refresh the screen I see in the month
of January as an affiliate I’ve earned $553,000. I laugh softly as I do I see a black crow fly by. I feel the
tropical wind brushing by on my face and I lift my eyes up feeling powerful. As I stare at the sunny
crystal blue ocean and the horizon I think back over the last 3 month I can’t believe how easy it was to
earn $553,000 in a month. Now just to reward myself I’m paying for a property in Costa Rica just South
of my home 168,000 acres with cash to build my dream home on.
DON’T READ AHEAD. Close your eyes and take this exercise seriously.
Those who have done this have reached their goal and get the results they want. Those who did not
complete this have not reached their income goals and have no reason to go any further with the 15K
Formula training.
So close your eyes and complete the exercise.
Or don’t close them and turn off the training and don’t go any further.
Review and read your Clear Outcome Statement as often as you need to. Sometimes several times daily.
Each time you read your Clear Outcome Statement perform the exercise of closing your eyes.
TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY. This is how to set your mind right. You MUST have your mind set clear and
focused in order to be able to take in the rest of the information in the 15K Formula training. If you
choose to not write out your Clear Outcome Statement or to perform the exercise of closing your eyes
and focusing then turn off the training and do NOT watch anymore of the 15K Formula Training until
you have done this exercise.

4. Daily Income Formula
Divide your monthly goal income by 31 to determine how much you need to make as a daily income.
Remove the illusions of having your downline duplicate.
Remove the illusion of having a huge downline.
Remove the illusion of sponsoring a heavy hitter.
Focus On Daily Income
Produce a predictable amount of sales.
To reach a 15K per month income you need only 1 sale per day of the Basic Membership over a period
of 90 days.
To reach a 30k per month income you need only 2 sales per day of the Basic Membership over a period
of 90 days.
You can take this formula process and apply it to any business. The amount of sales needed will vary
depending on the compensation paid on each sale.
Knowing the target number for daily sales allows you to have a tangible number to measure progress.

5. Action Plan
Blog Daily
Blog Daily, even if you don’t know how to do it perfectly yet.
Do not have any attachment or expectations for the results for AT LEAST 90 days.
Your success with blogging will depend on your current communication skills and the development of
those skills as you learn. Your skills cannot develop if you don’t work on them. Blogging daily
consistently improves your writing skill and grows your traffic to your blog and builds your readers and
list, but ONLY if you Blog Daily and do it consistently.
Reinvest 20% Of Your Commissions
Take 20% of your commissions earned through Empower Network and spend it on advertising. Even if
you don’t know what you’re doing. Have the intention to try to lose money. Being afraid of losing
money will result in making no money. Dare yourself to lose money.
Do Something Live
Schedule a day and time that you can consistently host a LIVE call. Avoid times that overlap with the
calls for Empower Network or another business you are building. Pick a day and time and COMMIT to
doing a LIVE call every week.
Listen To Audio Daily
Download the Inner Circle audios and listen to them daily. Just listening to those who make more than
you teaches you how to talk, think, act and be a top income earner. By listening to audios daily, over
and over, you take in that knowledge and become the expert you need to be to hit your income goal.
Watch One Training Weekly And Apply It
Take what you learn from the videos of the 15K Formula and
apply it to your business until you have mastered it.
