It is a great book “who moved my cheese” by Spencer Johnson. The big idea for the book is

regardless what may happen in the future. We feel that our life will be the same everyday
forever. Because we don’t want to change it but there is some external condition which may

This book is a great story about 4 characters that lived in a maze “2 mousses called sniff &
Scurry and 2 little men called Hem & Haw
Every day Sniff & Scurry wake up early & run to their cheese station.
Cheese for them is just cheese
Hem & Haw have a complex mind they wake up late, move slowly to -
their cheese station, because they know that it always be there. They
are thought that cheese will last forever. They put away their running
shoes, because they have a lot of cheese, cheese for them is more Who Moved My
than something to eat Cheese

2. Sniff & Scurry use their mind & emotion to find their way, they monitor the change which is -
taking place, cheese become smaller every day & some other cheese is begin to be expired.
They prepare themselves to this change which was expected before. They always kept their
running shoes with their necks because they may need it again; they decide to wear their
running shoes, searching for new cheese
Hem & Haw aren’t expecting any changes; they thought that life will be the same every day. -
They went to the cheese station one day but not find any cheese, they were chocked &
asking who moved my cheese it was hard to accept the fact which is not expected before, they
take a long time thinking of existing cheese & they afraid of taking any decision. They begin to
“break the wall searching for the cheese. “They was afraid so they take the wrong decision
Haw laughs & said we keep doing the same thing although it isn’t working before & afraid of -
try new things. He imagine that he find a new cheese & try to persuade Hem to go with him
looking for new cheese. But Hem afraid of doing anything he said “no way it is dangerous to
“change, I am afraid someday the things will back
Haw begin to think & wear his running shoes, searching for new cheese he wrote some notices
? that thought on the wall of the maze like: What would you do if you weren’t afraid
When he run & fall, he stand up quickly & keep going again, he learned the lesson. He begins
writing on the wall to motivate himself like
When you stop afraid, you feel good
When you change what you believe, you change what you do
Smell the cheese often so you know when it is getting old
He said to himself if he was prepared himself for any change before it
” .happen, he will not waste all this time to find his new cheese

New cheese always here but need someone to find it“. You should Cheese
accept the fact that cheese always change & believe in yourself that
you can create your own cheese & stop your fair because fair make lose
a lot of life opportunities
