products made of card papers ,charts rain
damage two major products cards and selfie

On Tuesday we switch to plan B .
As the plan B consists of eatables addition like
limka drink soft drink soda drinks with eight
different flavours and ice cream ,jewerly
(bangles ,ear rings ,rings for girls) .
Still business is not much profitable as we
expected high sales from stall. Then we switch
to plan C on Wednesday we bring sandwitches
Rolls and dheehi bhala on stall and arrange
mike and light music with the permission of the
stall arrangement commision and try to
improve sitting area bring fan to the tent still it
is directly facing the sun and on that day we

1.3] METHOD:
We try to advertise our stall on facebook groups
and try to convey our message “entertainment
first “ and our public service message “save
food save lives” to all .We serve food in
disposable plates and give disposable spoons
for eatables light music according to customer
choice we greet them as “good morning sir “
Please have a seat , and when they are leaving
we greet them as “thanks for coming here ,do
come again Jazakallah for ur visit”
Andriod application is used for financial
management it shows the message to
customers on mobile “ we warmly welcome u to
TAMSHA , thanks for coming here’’
As our stall is too much crowded so one
member is responsible for cleaning the stall but
still its tough task to maintain clean

by committeeand presentingdance
infront of stall but committeereslove
that issue and warn them otherwiseit
may lead to bad reputation of stall and
closure of stall .
Competitonis high becauselimka ice
cream , soda drinks and eatables are
already in abundance on other stalls
3] FINANCIAL MANGAMENT :
3.1] SALE STRATEGY :
We adjust our price as the most reasonable
price for customers only 20 rupees per item
Our sale rate is low because we first
analyze other competitiors saling same
product on 35 to 40 rupees .
We documented our sales and records on
andriod application for sales management
11. 10
when it lead to profit we invest more
money in the same product .start venture
with a low investement with calculated risk.
