STEP 1 - GARTNER RESEARCH § We looked at 90+ Gartner Hype Cycles and 1750+ emerging underlying technologies; § Took the emerging technologies that we think are relevant for MSPs; § Settled with the ‘transformational’ emerging technologies only (according to Gartner). There were just too many ’high’, ‘moderate’ and ‘low’ impact emerging technologies!
