• There was no study on turnover intention among physicians in Guangdong since the most recent
health system reform (2009–2012). After we had our studio.

• The purposes of this study were:
Assess the turnover intention of physicians in Guangdong
Explore the relationship - between - turnover intention and job satisfaction,
work stress and work–family conflict.

- Population: 192,107 physicians
- Sample: 3963
- Multistage stratified cluster random sampling
